What a pleasure it was to work with Behmer Roofing with our two roofing projects this past month. Replacing a roof is not something you do every day, nor is it something you really want to do...but the experience using Behmer was A++++. We had multiple companies provide us estimates and decided to work with Behmer Roofs based on their reviews, long history in the Valley, but also the one/one communication. We had Behmer replace the underlayment under two tile roofs that were about 25 years old, along with sections of the flat roofs.Beginning with Jeff with the onsite Estimate (and millions of questions to follow), Linda with the scheduling and daily updates, and of course the crew lead Miguel...everyone was amazing to work with. Both roof projects went smoothly without any issues, and the crew cleaned up after every day. I would without a doubt recommend Behmer for your roofing project.

From the first contact, via an actual (and accurate) quote I received in the mail, the process was smooth, friendly and fast!The price was significantly less than my neighbors have been paying so we moved ahead with the replacement of our tile roof underpayment.At least 5 of us in this neighborhood had Behmer complete the work on our roofs.There was no nickel and dime-ing upon completion, pricing held.The crew was very cordial and professional. Behmer Roofing is an outstanding company. I evaluated quotes and proposals from four companies and awarded the work (residential roof) to Behmer. Their attention to detail and communication along every phase of the project was impressive. I appreciated their ethical approach to doing business, which included reminding me of the importance of obtaining approval (a formality) fromour HOA to do the work, as well as confirming within our CCRs acceptable start/stop times to be on-site. We had an extremely positive experience with Behmer who replaced our existing tile roof with new concrete tile. We had received quotes from several roofing contractors and Behmer was the roofing contractor we felt most comfortable with given their experience, professionalism, responsiveness and customer focus. After selecting Behmer they did not disappoint; they only reinforced our decision to have them replace our tile roof.Prior to executing the roof project they worked with us by providing sample concrete tiles and tile information for our HOA approval which was significant since our home was the first in our development to have a tile roof fully replaced. They also work well with us in scheduling our roof replacement as we had a very tight scheduling window to complete the project.They did an outstanding job with the roof replacement itself. There was great communication on what to expect before and during the project. Their crews were very hardworking and accommodating and they made sure they cleaned up after the project not only at our home but our neighbors as well. Behmer was wonderful to work with. It was great to have a contact like Linda whom I could always depend on to answer my questions, The bid was fair, the workers were efficient and very nice and always cleaned the area every day. It was also great that their trash bin lifted up to the level of our roof so there was very little debris on the ground compared to many of our neighbors. I highly recommend them.

Had our roof underlayment redone on a concrete tile roof. The project went super smooth - their crew was clean and courteous, and the quality was fantastic. After the job we had a couple of questions and Jeff came back out and walked us through everything the same day we called. Their knowledge and attention to detail are second to none - probably the best experience we’ve ever had with contractors/trades. Price was also super fair and never did we feel we were getting gouged. I don’t typically write reviews, good or bad, and when I do it’s rare that I will give 5 stars. Too many times 5 stars are handed out like candy, and I believe 5 stars means the business and experience was exceptional! Well, in the case of Behmer Roofing, they truly deserve 5 stars. It all started with my first phone call to Behmer, and with Nicole. Nicole was courteous and professional every step of the way. She scheduled Jeff to come out to walk and measure the roof. Jeff was on-time and extremely knowledgeable and professional. He discussed what he found and said he would send me an estimate within in an hour. I had a detailed, fair priced estimate with photos and links to videos about their process and company in less than an hour. Jeff was first-rate and he recommended I get two to three more estimates before making a decision. I did just that and it was clear that Behemer was the way to go. A couple days later Nicole followed up to see if I had some questions and when she didn’t know the answers she put me in touch with Jeff. Nicole maintained clear communication with me throughout the job, and the crew showed up on-time everyday. The crew was also very professional and got the job done on-time, even with a slight weather delay. My interaction with everyone at Behmer was incredibly positive. The owner, Matt Behmer, also was in communication with me and would respond to any questions I had immediately. When the job was finished, Miguel came out and ensured the job was completed correctly. Miguel spent the time to show me what they repaired, with before and after photos pop. I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had with them. It’s clear that Matt is running a great company. If you are needing a new roof, I suggest you call Behmer Roofing. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Our flat roof was over 25 years old and had two leaks in December 2022. Behmer gave us an estimate, made some emergency repairs and as soon as the rain stopped removed the old roofing materials and applied new elastomeric and polyurethane foam coatings along with new attic vents. All this was done in one day. Our roof was damaged in the monsoon and we had to get a full replacement. The first company that helped us with the inspection and insurance process didn’t follow though with an estimate. So we called Behmer and they came out right away. They answered all our questions and sent two estimates for two different roofing options (shingle & metal). We went with the shingle roof. We had to wait awhile for them to start our project but when they finally did, things went really well. They were fast, clean, professional, and did a great job communicating with us along the way. Our main contact, Cortney, was exceptional. We’re very happy with the results. They also made it easy for us to get the receipts/invoices we needed to get reimbursed by the insurance company. Two big storms hit us this winter and the roof held up great. No problems. After 16 years in our home we woke up to some rain, in the house! I called Behmer, a Sedona roofing company who did some work for us some years earlier. They were out within hours. Looked at the roof, and quickly followed up with an acceptable cost estimate and when they could start the job. They gave us an excellent recommendation on who could replace the fascia. They did the coordinating with us and all the companies involved. The re-roofing went smooth. The crew doing the work were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They kept us in the loop of any issues that came up. And despite the hottest days ever in early May, worked hard each day till the job was complete. The clean up was thorough. The house looks wonderful.
