Had CertaPro of North Scottsdale paint two bathrooms plus two troublesome ceilings. Michael suggested a wall color that worked perfectly for my needs. Great job by such professionals. Cleaned up every time they left. When I had a question it was answered immediately . Neighbors on the street called John and Michael to get a quote. I am very pleased with the work CertaPro did for me. The bid was spelled out nicely so i could understand, the work was performed quickly and cleanly. I have high ceilings, so a crew of 3 were here to paint which made the process very efficient. Because this was a crew, and they werw able to complete quickly, the price was not inexpensive. But it was worth it to me to have the work completed well and on time.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. They were great when they provided us our bid, completed the job and took our money. After 7-9 months the garage door paint began to bubble - as the garage door was not prepped properly prior to application. John (the owner, person in charge of quality) takes days to weeks to respond to text messages, regarding warranty work that was paid for, gives you the run around with no explanation. I have tried to get him to come over to my residence to rectify the issue, he says he’ll have someone come over and no one shows up, nor does he provide a time frame. Ignores phone calls and voice messages. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A WARRANTY THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE HONORED FOR TWO YEARS. DO NOT use this business if you want a prompt response or someone who follows through with their word. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

While doing the estimates, Michael took the time to point out the cracks, which ones were common, ones that need attention and how they repair various cracks. All paperwork was clear and detailed, and the pricing was reasonable.The painting team led by Luis were very professional as well. They did a great job prepping our home and filled in the cracks. The painters were well-organized, & always mindful of my property throughout the painting process which I greatly appreciate. My wife and I spent a few months deciding on which Painters to use for our Scottsdale property and in the end we chose to go with CertaPro painters. Michael and John were very professional and they actually came out a couple of times to re-quote the work as we added to the complexity of the job. The team of Painters that descended upon our place bright and early Monday morning as promised were very well prepared and very courteous and made sure to coverup all our windows, doors and anything else that wasn’t to be painted with high quality products. They spent the entire week working on the house, gates, walls and our fireplace area and not once did they leave a mess in the evening, very professional.The final product was exactly what we had asked for and the eye for detail that the painters exhibited was excellent.I would recommend John, Michael and all the CertaPro Painters we dealt with in a heartbeat, I plan on using their services again in the future inside the house.

CertaPro goes above and beyond! I hired them to repaint the inside of my home. They did such a good job that I added services during their work to have them paint over a wood door in my kitchen white and they did such a fantastic job.
