My husband and I had the incredible honor to meet the best builder in 2020 while we were in search of a builder to create our dream home. We interviewed multiple builders and immediately we connected with Jason Easterly from E&S Builders. He spent an hour on the phone with us which happened to be a Sunday on our first initial call. We met in person and we absolutely knew he was the one! Jason did not disappoint. We purchased a gem of a lot in PV and throughout the years of the building process we always felt confident that Jason and his INCREDIBLE team would always do the right thing and we were right! It was the most incredible and most beautiful experience working with Jason on our dream home. Jason is extremely accurate, straight shooter ( in a amazing way) honest, diligent, incredibly efficient, incredible hard working and most of all a really good human being. Just such a good person. That’s one’s concern when finding the right builderAs you hear so many nightmare stories from others that they don’t have a good experience with their building process. We are and so fortunate that we found Jason Easterly and we had the most amazing experience fromStart to finish with him. His workers are top notch from Ali managing the operations, his project managers and the crew that worked so hard everyday building our home we always had trust in all of them! His wife is a gem and manages the social media and she is amazing as well!! Jason partners with the Lifestyle Co for design services and furnishings and they work so well together I always felt during the process we literally had the DREAM TEAM. The day we had our reveal and the first night on our home I was BLOWN away. I knew it was going to be good but it all come together and was literally PERFECTION!!! After the move in Jason has had his crew come and immediately fix anything that has come up and it is addressed immediately. The post build experience has been Incredible! We received all the information we needed on warranties, manuals and instructions in very organized files and the communication wasEXCELLENT on anything we may need to know on our pool, appliances, systems and everything to make sure we are comfortable in our dream home. It was the most wonderful experience we have had and we are incredibly blessed for that experience.

I have lots of thanks to give to E&S builders. They have done 2 projects for us now. One was a build out of a new room in our house and one was a master bathroom. They are NEXT LEVEL. Jason, the owner - so grateful for him. Such a nice guy and really cares. The team are so kind and always smiling and funny, Always nice to my kiddos, So clean -so clean. Can’t say that enough. They do the extra thing. Take the extra minute or whatever first the quality and such great communication. Did I mention just all around cool. Our house looks so amazing. I just can’t express how much I love them.They are the best. Highly recommend.

E & S did a major 2200 sqft addition to our property and a remodel of the entire 6000 sqft to match. Jason was very patient with us for 5 years while we went back and forth with different civil engineers to get a G&D plan approved with the City. The wait was worth it! The new house exceeded our expectations. It was completed on time and on budget in the middle of a global pandemic. E&S just completed a remodel of almost our entire house and we love it! From the very beginning, Jason made us feel like his only customer. He’s responsive and straightforward – helping us to understand exactly what to expect, especially since this was our first remodel. He also connected us to a fantastic designer that worked well with us and the E&S team. Our project manager Jeff was amazing! He was detail-oriented, kept us informed and made every concern or question we had seem like no big deal, which really put us at ease. Even the smallest issue was taken care of quickly and efficiently. And they got us back into the house a few days earlier than expected! We can’t imagine a better remodel experience!

E&S is amazing! We interviewed Jason and his team for a couple of years before we ever decided to go forward and it was by far the best decision we ever made! We had followed his work over those couple of years and every project was better than the last! Jason takes extreme care of his build sites and his attention to detail is unmatched. Emily and I first were exposed to E&S Builders as we would ride our bikes through our extended neighborhood. On several occasions we watched a spec home going up and were impressed in the design, exterior finishes and how fast things progressed. We googled the company and started the conversations with Jason and from the beginning he was professional and respectful to our questions and needs. He was no pressure and recommended us to an architect he uses. From here the process went smoother than we could have hoped for. E&S Builders under promised and over delivered our dream home on budget and on time! In fact they delivered the home 6 weeks earlier than expected. Our experience with E&S Builders has been nothing short of amazing. Deciding to renovate an old 1970’s Paradise Valley ranch home, we heard horror stories from friends about shady contractors, ballooning budgets and protracted timelines with other contractors. Therefore, we anticipated a nightmare. However, our experience with E&S was nothing like this. In fact, it was one of the most well planned, thoroughly thought out, and gratifying experiences.After interviewing several builders for our gut renovation, we hired E &S Builders in the Spring of 2019. From the very beginning, we were struck by their incredible level of professionalism and focus on detail. Our contractor, Jason Easterly, was fantastic. When he came into our home for the first time, he not only listened to our needs and requests, but unlike a lot of other contractors we had interviewed, he offered innovative solutions to optimize the project and improve the resulting functionality and aesthetics. Jason was not afraid to offer his honest opinion based on years of experience in the field. Based on his expertise, we were well guided in making sound decision weighing all the risks and benefits throughout the project.Jason foresaw nearly every eventuality, complication, and potential hurdle. There was really nothing that he didn’t plan for or have a contingency plan for if it were to happen. The actual costs of the renovation were nearly identical to the initial estimate that we were quoted (this small discrepancy was a result of our decision to add a few projects and change some finishes in the home).The oversight of the project, was phenomenal as well. Our project manager, Jeff, was one of the most detail oriented individuals we have ever met. Both my wife and I are doctors. Because of our work, we have to pay a great deal of attention to minute details to the point of at times being a bit obsessive compulsive. Jeff provided that same incredible level of detail and care to our project. He managed the subcontractors well and the project progressed extremely efficiently. Jeff went out of his way to communicate with us every step of the way, reducing any anxiety regarding the project.Overall, our experience with E & S Builders has been PHENOMENAL! I can’t speak highly enough of their team. They are professional, reliable, honest, and detail oriented. We would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

We would recommend to anyone starting a remodel project to allow E & S Builders a chance at earning your business. Jason and our Project Manager Jeff were always upfront and honest. The transparency and utilization of their app allowed us to stay on top of the budget without getting overwhelmed. The response time to any questions or issue was usually the same day and I can't recall a time I reached out to them and didn't receive a call back within a couple of hours. In fact we had an air conditioning issue after our project was done and I called Jeff who had his guy to my home the same day and fixed the minor problem! Great customer service.

After having a really bad experience with a contractor in the past we were hesitant to begin a "whole house" remodel. We decided to ask more questions and do more research this time around. E & S was one of the companies we kept hearing amazing things about from other people so we decided to go with them over others. We could tell they were on top of things and very professional in their approach right from the beginning. My husband has been through many commercial new builds and office build-outs through his work and we felt like the E&S approach was more like a commercial contractor the way they were set up and organized. They were not the cheapest, but in our experience you get what you pay for. They started on time, cleaned every day, kept us up to date, and finished on time and even posted updates throughout the project on instagram which was really fun to watch. While they were a little more than the other bids, money is not as valuable as time and they were so good we didn't have to stop what we were doing to babysit/check up on them. They just got everything done, the right way from the get go, and it looked amazing in the end. We wasted probably over 50+ hours with another "cheaper" contractor from a previous remodel and it cost us way more in time. Having a great contractor will lower your stress and and in the end will allow you to do you. Do yourself a favor and pick someone excellent like E & S. Then go to work, play, spend time with your family and friends and let them do their job. We promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Jason, Matt, Travis, Erik, Chris, and the whole Team at E & S Builders took ownership of our remodel from the very beginning of our contract negotiations through completion of the project. My wife, Melissa and I appreciated the transparency within the company which allowed us to constantly monitor the project. This enabled our family to stick with a budget as well as maintain our design intent. All E & S Team Members, especially our Project Manager Travis had constant communication with us through the entire construction process. E & S Builders understood our "Simple Modern Design" which we found not all General Contractors would take the time to comprehend. Travis really took the time to understand every minute detail, which enabled E & S Builders to create a beautiful home for our family.

I have had Jason and his team do two separate remodels for me now. Once a complete home remodel and the second time involving about 70% of the house after a flood. Simply said; these guys are the best. They are on time, professional, accurate, insightful and the attention to detail astounds me. Even on the final walk-through, they were pointing out things that needed to be touched up that I would not have thought of or asked for. It is truly about doing the job the right way and creating a beautiful finished product. I’ve been a part of five different remodels now (including two with Jason’s team), and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone who wants their job done right.

I would highly recommend this company. I just finished a very large remodel with the help of this company and I have to say that Matt walked us through a nerve wracking 9 month journey with a lot of care and patience. He is always listening to what his customers want and he is upfront with his customers on what to expect so the customers are not caught off guard. With a large project like mine some mistakes were made, the best part of working with Matt was owning up to the mistakes and making it right for his customers. Every company out in the market talk about customer service and when the things go south very few can deliver. Matt not only delivered but went above and beyond my expectations. I remember one time, to keep the project moving with in the time restraints he could not wait for the plumber any longer, he grabbed the jackhammer to dig the trenches himself for the plumbing pipes. Thank you Matt for making a beautiful home for our family where we will create many memories.
