It’s a rarity that I say this … I’m thrilled with Todd and his crew at Exact Roofing and Construction and would highly recommend them for any roofing/construction project you have. I had a roof issue that needed to be addressed and completed before closing on my home. After making several calls to roofing companies in the Valley, Todd came through with the professionalism, experience, concern and assurance I was looking for. He's a man of his word, did not let me down and the project was completed when promised at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Todd at Exact Roofing and Construction. There’s no one better in my humble opinion!

I hired Exact Roofing to replace my roof in July of 2020. I have nothing but issues since and the owner Todd did not honor the warranty in the contract. I’m now forced to redo a 3.5 year old roof. Todd did a great job selling me upfront but the quality of work was subpar and not only am I having to redo a portion of the roof but there are massive restoration costs.

He replaced our entire roof and it looks amazing! From the moment Todd Michaelis arrived for the estimate, he clearly explained the condition of the roof, the options that were available and the timeframe for completion of the job. I had other estimates, some higher and some lower, however, Exact Roofing was referred to me with raving reviews, and after receiving the estimate, given samples to compare and the information/warranty of the workmanship and product, I decided to go with Exact Roofing. Exact Roofing exceeded my expectations, they were early, the crew was CLEAN and completed the job in less than a day. I found no debris around my house, I have never experienced such a cleaner crew of construction workers.I would highly recommend Exact Roofing and will be referring them. There are many roofing companies out there, and I am so happy that I went with Exact Roofing. Quality workmanship is hard to find, along with a job that is done in a timely manner. He has been in the business a very long time and very competitive with his products and prices. I met with numerous roofing company representatives and he is the one I was most impressed with. I had contacted Todd at Exact Construction in regard to a roof leak. We scheduled an appointment for the following day in which he was on time. He gave me a quote (same day) and explained (in detail) what work would be done. I had received 3 other quotes for the same work. Exacts price was in line with 2 of the other quotes, the 3rd quote was extremely high. During the roof replacement his team showed up on time everyday, they were courteous, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and Todd was constantly in communication with me or my wife to make sure we didn't have any issues or questions. At the end of the replacement, Todd scheduled an appointment to review the work, explain the warranty, and accept final payment. Everything Todd said they would do, they did.

Awesome experience from start to finish!! Highly recommend Todd and Exact Construction. From the start, as Todd explained the process his company uses when they replace a roof I was impressed with the attention to detail and his willingness to take all the time I needed to get my questions answered. There was absolutely no pressure - in fact even after Todd inspected my 22 year old roof and text me pictures of his inspection he told me that I could probably get a bit more time out of it! He left his packet of information and card and departed without my business as I was going to wait another year. A few weeks later my wife and I decided to be safe and just have the roof done and not tempt the Monsoon Gods this summer! Text Todd and he put me on the schedule for the next week. He used top quality products and his team was amazing. Very professional and focused on the job. The job was started on a Wednesday and Friday called for rain, so Todd doubled the crew and had the work completely done in 2 days. Even if they had not finished, they do the roof in sections and ALWAYS fully complete the sections started during the day. The in-process roof is always weatherproof at the end of each work day. At the end of each day the crew FULLY cleans up - sweeps and uses magnets to find nails that may have fell. I used Todd and Exact Construction a few years ago to redo the flat roof on my house. I couldn't be happier. I have had 0 problems with the flat roof since the work was performed. Todd used a built-up roofing system that seems to be lasting much better then than what was on there before. I would use Exact Construction for any of my construction issues in the future.

We were purchasing a house and we hired xroofing/construction to evaluate the roof. Todd, the owner came out on time, went through the roof and explained what needed to be done. We ended up buying the house and had them do the roofing repairs. They did them really quick and as specified with a very reasonable price. We needed to have some plumbing and painting done. Since they were a construction company they were able to do those repairs too. Very friendly and quality comany.

Had them remove the clay roof tiles, install new underlayment, bird stop, flashings and what ever else they do and reinstall the roof tiles. Not only was he about 15% cheaper than the two other quotes i got but i feel they did a superior job of it. Todd is very conscientious concerning his work and appears to be extremely knowledgeable. Might have taken a bit longer than what i was hoping for but I'll take that any day over someone who is quicker and does not pay attention to quality.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
