We had an issue with a leaky roof, and the team from Frank Family Roofers arrived to inspect it the very next day. They promptly sent us an estimate, and once we gave them the go-ahead, they began work a few days later. We reside outside of Scottsdale, but our neighbors mentioned that Evan, Louis, Andres, Jay, and Todd showed up bright and early to start the job.

The staff at Frank Family Roofers was incredibly knowledgeable. Our salesman, evan, really made us feel at ease from the get-go. He showed great professionalism and never pushed us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. The roofers, particularly jay and Andres, were polite, and it was surprising how well they tidied up our yard once they completed the job. We're really pleased with our new roof in Scottsdale. Would we recommend this company? Without a doubt!

Evan showed up to provide me with an estimate, but it turned out that I only required a minor repair, which was more suited to their larger-scale services. However, he kindly guided me on the potential costs and even temporarily covered the minor hole with a shingle until I could arrange for its repair! His professionalism, courtesy, and helpfulness were commendable! He arrived punctually for the estimate and truly went the extra mile for me in Scottsdale. Although I couldn't use their services this time, I definitely will in the future!

These guys are great! They arrived for a inspection after we had a leak in our ceiling at the recommendation of our local 1-800 water damage company. They provided pictures and video of the complication areas that needed to be addressed, which was constructive for someone who knows nothing about roofing. They were able to come repair the problem within a week or so. Josh came and followed up to make sure the job was done right. I’m a builder and I’ve been working with Jackson, Sonia and Lucas B on projects and those guys as a team are rockstars. These guys actually know what they are doing breaking down the cost of Materials for Me to the last screw. Super accurate takes offs are important For my business when bidding on house so that way I don’t underbid. Not sure where McAllen Roofing found these employees but keep up the excellent work!
