Hailco roofing is an awesome company to work with. They worked with my insurance to help get my roof replaced, helped walk me through what my policy would cover and what they could do. Tanner was a huge help in keeping in communication as well as once their install crew was scheduled that side also kept me informed. They were able to work with solar panels as well, making the whole process seem less and stress free. I would 100% recommend this company and use them again if needed.

The team had very good communication and kept us updated on all aspects of the project. They were also willing to work with my schedule and were very understanding. Hailco helped me with my insurance claim for my damaged roof. In fact they actually did most of the leg work and made the process almost stress free.Tanner and Bryson were both extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure the project went smoothly. There were a couple hiccups but they were handled promptly and professionally. No one is free from mistakes but it really shows good character when those mistakes are owned and remedied quickly.I truly want to thank Tanner and Bryson for going above and beyond while also doing excellent work.My new roof looks wonderful and the peace of mind its brought cannot be measured.

I appreciate all of the work Austin La Grande (project manager) from Hailco did for me to get my new roof taken care of. He helped and answered question that I had timely and properly every time. His direct contact with my insurance company along with pictures and terminology seriously aided my insurance adjuster and pushed it home for replacement with my insurance company. This also saved me a lot of money. My wife and I were excited to work with this company. We worked with Bryson and everything seemed to be great. In preparation before making a claim however, he failed to ask us to find out whether our policy was ACV only or ACV/RCV, meaning does your policy cover the damage only and not the depreciation or both. This could be the difference between the insurance paying in full or the owner paying a huge amount. As a result, we qualified for an entire roof replacement, but the payout didn't even cover half the roof cost. We wished we could have known before making a claim. We would have even switched insurance plans had we known. That was so upsetting because they stated they would prepare us for everything beforehand. Bryson told us he could give us a discount or would waive the 25% if we chose to work with a different company. I told him we wanted him to go over the quote with us and explain the discount he would give. No response. We asked in writing that he wouldn't take the 25% if we went with someone else. No response. Since then he won't respond to us via text or email. Mind you, we hadn't told him we weren't going to use his company. The level of professionalism in our eyes has dropped where we most likely won't be using this company. We cant as he won't respond. Don't trust that they care about you or your needs. At the end of the day this is all about $. It appears that once Bryson saw he messed up at communicating about something important for us to find out beforehand and may not get easy money due to our plan, he's ghosted us. I don't blame him, but you'd think that if they're hunting the quickest money then why not ask the policy owner to verify their plan and ensure its ACV/RCV?Now I have a claim on my house and will most likely have to roof and do all the work myself.Poor experience. If there is an issue in the insurance side they claim they aren't experts, but on their website they state that they will guide you through the entire insurance process.This is the second review I've ever written in my life and we're super easy going, but this turned from a blessing to nightmare real quick.

We hired Hailco to replace our roof a couple of months ago. The crew working on the roof were very conscientious and not only did a great job on 3 separate roofs, they made sure any planters I hadn’t covered were covered completely, left our patios cleaner than they found them and when I checked the driveway for nails/screws they might have missed, I didn’t find a single one. Hailco did an excellent job on our roof.

HAIRCO ROOFING COMPANY- I am recommending, promoting and proclaiming Hailco as the best roofing company in Tucson. They have the BEST people to work with that you could imagine. Tanner Sewell ( owner) , Austin and Josh are the most knowledgeable, capable, understanding people I have ever worked with.I had roof damage caused by the largest hail storm I have ever seen in Tucson. My insurance company ( Allstate) said they would not cover it. Inspectors, engineers representing Allstate did extensive surveys of the damage that every roofer who looked at my roof said-Hail damage!Tanner Sewell worked with my previous insurer and created magic. He got my roof completely covered, and today I havea beautiful new roof just as me and my wife wanted.The crew who put my roof on were simply great. From walking me around the roof, pointing out all the hail damage, I or the insurance company would not have spotted, to being present during the the adjuster inspection. He made sure the ajuster had the right info regard the condition of the roof.Everything went as he explained, from working with my insurance company to the installation of my new roof.The installer were true professionals, they had the old roof off and the new one on before end of day. I had no idea how to go about getting my roof repaired. Best I could come up with would have taken all year. They did a complete replacement and knocked it out in one day! My roof has multiple peaks and it is an old house. The crew showed a lot of skill and went at it like it was a challenge! Throughout the process I had questions about the planning and construction, and was given logical explanations that proved how my approach wasn’t the best and to leave it to them.
