We are super happy with the service provided by Mission Restoration! Our roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage and their rep, Justin Beatty, helped us through the whole process. He was here for the inspection, delivery of materials and on installation day. Our insurance claim went very smoothly because of Justin’s experience, professionalism and knowledge. The large crew that came on demo/installation day were prompt, efficient and focused. They did a great job and kept everything clean and tidy, on a very windy day! All in all, it was a very pleasant experience, thanks to Mission Restoration!

Mission Restoration came and repaired my roof in a timely matter and did a great job. They sent out a crew of professional roofers and tackled the job in a day. Everyone at Mission Restoration was very professional and efficient. Ashley came by and did an inspection and spoke with my insurance company. Then Cam and Landon came and helped make a plan for removing the mold from my wall! Everyone was so kind and professional. They also completely cleaned up and vacuumed at the end. This was a very stress free process and I truly appreciate their quality work! I will write another review for the install team when the work is completed! Mission Restoration really went above and beyond for our roof. We had some pretty bad damage after a big storm and Sean specifically made the entire process so simple and understandable for me. He took us from not knowing what to do next to, meeting the insurance adjuster at our home, then following up with us and them to make sure everything was covered that was damaged. They worked with our schedule to get the roof put on. They understood the delays that would occur with the insurance company checks arriving and needing to get them signed by our mortgage lender. They were patient, kind, and Sean really excelled with excellent communication and customer service. If every trade could be this excellent home repairs would be a breeze. I'm grateful to mission for giving me hope in home improvement companies again, especially post pandemic. Where other companies do the least possible and push off responsibility. Mission Restoration did a fantastic job of assessing our roof in Prescott, AZ, after a severe hailstorm, and then working with our insurance company to get the needed funding. They performed the work in two days, with great attention to detail and care and respect for our yard, including exceptional cleanup.Sarah Murray was excellent to work with and kept us up to date on all aspects of the process in real time. Sarah knows the process extremely well and was able to break it down in an understandable fashion for us. Kalon did a great job of keeping us in the know regarding the insurance dealings. And the roofing crew was a respectful and congenial group who worked hard from morning to night. We would definitely call Mission Restoration again!

Do NOT use this company unless you plan on getting an outside inspection done on their work. My husband and I used this company to get a new roof. 1.5 years later we go to sale our home just to be told by the inspection that the roof was NOT installed properly when it was done 1.5 years ago and now we have water in our attic. We contact Mission Restoration and ask them to correct their wrong doing and they refuse because we are out of labor warranty. I could understand that IF the roof was ORIGINALLY installed correctly but the issue is it was NEVER installed correctly and how were we to know this…we aren’t roofers? So unless you want to pay for someone to come out and check their work I would NOT trust Mission Restoration. I trusted this company and trusted them to do their job that they were paid to do correctly but they didn’t and then they refused to correct it. Oh yes let’s not also forget to mention they left nails in my backyard in which my son stepped on and it went straight thru his foot. They then tried blaming it on our yard guy!Response to the owner: yes I understand it’s out of the warranty but to my point is the work was NEVER done correctly to begin with. The inspector showed us how it should have been installed vs how you all installed it (we have pictures) and it was NOT done correctly by you all. So if the work that we paid for was not done correctly to begin with regardless of warranty you all should have come to correct it since you did not install it correctly to begin with.

I was referred by a friend to contact mission restoration’s team member Pearce Baker. I had quite a few inquiries from roofers and I had an outdated type of roofing material, I had made an insurance claim for a leak I had, in which I had so many roofers tell me there was no way to make the repairs without replacing the roof. Which was true, Pearce used his professional skills and researched my roofing shingles, dealt with my insurance that was being difficult and got my roof replaced. It’s people like him that give me faith that are good people in this world, willing to go the extra mile for a satisfactory job. I will highly recommend him and this company to anyone in the future. He also put me in contact with people to restore the interior part of the wall that was damaged by water in my daughter’s room, also getting covered from the damage the roof had caused. So much gratitude for him and all his efforts! Such an excellent experience.

Many homes in our neighborhood in Prescott experienced hail damage. Word-of-mouth is the most reliable source for referrals. Three of my neighbors on my short street used Mission Restoration to handle the replacement of their hail damaged roofs. They all told me how happy and satisfied they were with Mission Restoration's service and timeliness. One of our neighbor's used another company and had to wait a number of weeks with the roof partially complete.I was concerned that after all the approvals had been done, roof installation started on January 5, 2024, and a major storm was forecast 2 days later. The project manager, Matthew (Matt) Epperson assured me that it would be done by the end of the day. I was skeptical, but he was as good as his word. There was a large, hardworking crew installing the roof. Matt kept in close touch with them, and the work appeared to run smoothly.Before the workers left for the day, they fanned out across my long driveway looking for roofing nails, and put everything they had moved back in place...I was impressed.The project manager, Matt Epperson, was very conscientious and pleasant. He inspired confidence that he knew his job and would follow-through on what he promised...and he did!I highly recommend Mission Restoration for the quality of their work and employees.

Their Project Manager Levi Carter provided exceptional service from start to finish. Most importantly, they helped me with my insurance company claim process. Seems like this is a pattern from what I’m reading in these reviews. Almost a year ago Darius from mission restoration came to my door after seeing some storm damage on my roof. I had already been looking for roofers to get this fixed so being that I don’t know much about roofs I figured why not. Darius was so confident that he can get my entire roof replaced due to my shingles being so old. This was in January. After signing a contract, I was told they would run a report. Report was ran in February. Between work and life we were in March and nothing had been done. I called MULTIPLE times. I kept getting the “your insurance is the issue” i finally got in touch with my insurance myself and asked what’s going on. They said the report returned that my shingles were available in New Mexico and that they could proceed with the repair. Well, they didn’t want to do a repair. They wanted a full roof replacement. I was told “they’d take care of it” Darius decided to either quit or just stopped working with mission. After about 15 calls I finally got another person willing to help me. I was told “you need to submit another claim since more damage has happened since last time” well, Allstate denied everything since apparently my roof was never fixed like how it was supposed to back in February. Now I’m sitting with electrical issues, ceiling damage, and a contract but no repair. I’ve called , emailed , met in person with another person and now I’ve been ghosted again. Not sure what Mission gets out of making false promises or just neglecting their customers but binding them to a contract. I’ve asked if I can just get a written statement that I’m off my contract and I can’t even get that. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Despite the challenges our weather caused, the Mission Restoration team lead by Project Manager, Kevin, did a wonderful job. From walking the roof with the insurance adjuster to final clean up and even some touch up painting. Done just in time for another round of rain and snow. They cleaned up after the job and everything was as it should be. The foreman of the crew, Justin, was attentive, professional, well informed and kept us up to date while the work was being done. I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Mission Restoration. This was the first home project I had completed since my husband passed away and I was worried about how the process would go. Everyone I worked with from Mission Restoration was great. They assisted and explained the process of working through the insurance. Daniel Calkins, project manager, was excellent and so helpful. When the home had more damage then expected they worked with me to get everything completed in a timely manner. Daniel was a very understanding and caring person. He did everything to explain, provide options and keep the project on track. The roof was completed and looks great. Arturo and his team worked so hard! I don’t know how they do it in the heat.
