They were able to work with our insurance company to get all five roofs on our church property replaced, with no out-of-pocket cost to us. Their professionalism went above and beyond. Our neighbors even commented on the level of excellence they were seeing while the project was being done. Joe handled everything with the church insurance company and communicated with me every step of the way. I never had to get involved with the insurance company at all. Great contractor for roofing. Brennen was very professional, responsive and overall great to work with. Brennen worked through our Insurance company which made it so much easier and stress free. Roofers did a great job and ensured the ground around the house was picked up for nails and debris. Brennen also was able to arrange for a gutter company to have our gutters replaced.Would highly recommend them for your roofing requirement.

I had a great experience with Paragon, and especially the project manager for Northern Arizona, Brennen O'Dell. He was on a project nearby and alerted me to a hail storm that had passed through the area recently and offered to inspect my roof for damage at no cost. He did detect damage, and took the time to explain what he found and what the criteria for a successful insurance claim on roof for my particular insurer would be. He assisted me with filing a claim and came back when my insurer's field agent came to inspect the roof. Brennen was attentive and clearly knowledgeable both about current practices and building codes, and once my claim was reviewed and accepted, worked expeditiously to get my roof scheduled for replacement before the cold weather set in. He then supervised the repair once his crew arrived. The job was done in a single day, and his crew did a good clean up job after the fact (no flat tires in the cul-de-sac since the job two months ago). Brennen provided the insurer with job completion pictures and remained in touch with me and insurance adjustor until payment was made. Brennen was a timely and informative communicator and was organized with the various transactions and documentation that had to be made. I climbed up on the roof after work was done and all appears to be in order. Only one roof nail was left exposed and Brennen was prepared to stop by the same week to address it. Overall, it was an easy, straightforward experience working with Brennen and I'm very satisfied with the work. In fact, I've recommended Paragon to two neighbors who are also making hail damage claims. Would definitely do business again with Paragon and recommend Brennen's attentive and knowledgeable, hands-on handling of the job.

They are about speed not quality. Over 2 dozen exposed nails, knocked heater vent loose from heater and left a a large amount of roofing material wast from tear off in attic. They did come back and fix the nails and heater vent but only cleaned up a portion of the attic. But if they had taken there time in the first place they wouldn’t of had to come back. Tyler Watson offered to do a complimentary inspection of my roof. He found I had storm damage and immediately he helped to get the claim started which resulted in a re-roof on my house.
