We had wind damage to our roof and we called Tempel roofing to come out and look. Found out that our shingles were discontinued and so the only option was to replace the roof. Tempel roofing helped us from the initial filing and took us all the way through the process. Even providing documentation when the insurance pushed back on the claim.When we finally got it processed we were able to start and they were above and beyond in their work. Very professional crew and extremely efficient. The roof was replaced in a couple of days with no hiccups.I highly recommend for any roofing needs!!

Our roof was in need of being replaced and owner, Ryan Tempel had stopped by my house a few times offering roofing services. I was skeptical at first, because so many roofers go door to door and offer the world. Ryan was persistent yet professional and not pushy, so we started the process of replacing our roof. The process ended up taking several months because of back and forth haggling from my insurance company. Ryan and team were there every step of the way and explained the process in detail along the way. In the end we were able to get the roof done because of Ryan's relentless pursuit with the insurance company. Ryan thanked us for trusting him through the process and he is a man of his word. Several months ago i was approached at my home by Jay Adrion, a sales representative for Tempel Roofing. He then proceeded to inspect wind damage to my home. We agreed to proceed with me filing a claim with my home insurance company. Shortly thereafter, an adjuster arrived and made a report to my insurance company. That initial estimate was reviewed by Brenda Ochoa, also of Tempel and there were errors and discrepancies which she brought to their attention via a review process. Her review was detailed oriented to insure that the job would update the roof to the current building code requirements. Once that review process was resolved, Yousef Ayad, Tempel project manager oversaw the placing of materials for the job. He also was an on-site project manager during the removal and replacement process.All three of these individuals maintained email and texts notifications not only to me but to others on their teams and my insurance carrier. AVOID Tempel Roofing. I just had a 30 minute meeting with Tempel Roofing's Salesman. He tried to "strong-arm-me" into sighing paper work before sending me Cost Estimate. He also had 18X24 Tempel Roofing Sign for our front yard. Over the past 2 weeks I've met with 6 other Roofing Representatives and only Temple's Representative was Aggressive.

Beware Homeowners of what you are getting yourself into with this company. I will list simple facts about how this company operates for you to hopefully see this before you make the mistake of signing anything.1) The contract Tempel Roofing uses is no ordinary contract, it is an assignment of benefits contract that will strip you as a homeowner of all rights to your own claim and money that will come with it, leaving all rights to Tempel Roofing to supplement and take as long as they would like before putting your roof on, and you will legally have no say in the matter after signing this contract.(Tempel has customers that have been waiting over a year for their roof to be put on after insurance paid for full replacement.)2) Tempel roofing will rush to get a front end check from you, the next tactic in the process is to collect money fast to fulfill a 30% cancellation fee should you decide you dont like Tempel Roofings handling of your business and the final step into fully trapping you behind the assignment of benefits contract you signed.3) In the supplementing process between Tempel and your insurance company, you will see that they are billing your insurance company twice the amount of full replacement paid by your insurance, sometimes 3 times the amount, even after insurance paid for a full replacement, and this can take quite some time of which you have no say in the matter. Not to mention the fraud committed in the supplements such as charging for a safety class for his roofing crews. 1. this does not take place and 2. there are no in house crews affiliated with Tempel Roofing, they are subcontracted crews.4) Should you have any problems during the process and would like to reach out to the office, good luck. The office is a vacant rented room for mailing purposes, there is no one in office to greet you or a receptionist to take your calls. It is almost a guarantee that if you call the office number you will go straight to voicemail.The above is simple facts provided in hopes to inform homeowners, so that you can make an informed decision about the contractor you choose. There are plenty of roofing companies in the valley that will be truthful, helpful, and respectful throughout the process.

I started dealing with this company through one of their salespeople who came to my door one afternoon. Although I wasn't too keen on his tactics, after speaking with the owner, Ryan Tempel, I decided to give them a shot. Ryan was very professional and took over my account after learning my thoughts about this particular salesperson. He worked with my insurance company to get the work covered under my policy and his crew did a great job on my roof. The were quick too! Few roofing companies in the PHX Valley are as good at getting insurance claims paid as Tempel. If you have any reasonable amount of storm damage, you have to use their services! Save $10,000-80,000 on your new roof by paying your deductible

I contracted roughly a month for this company and they offered $500 a week (for the first month) if you made a roofing sale (at least one a week) per a written contract. I had 3 signed in writing before the first month was up. This was roughly around April-May and HAVE NOT been PAID yet other than the $500 a week for doing what was asked. I would reconsider before trusting such company!Called me the wrong name, like I was a client. Blatantly lied to me as you can see on 08/09/2021 Ed Ochoa wrote that the job was complete yet texting me like it is not finished yet. Playing dumb- very professional Nate & Ryan.I thought Ryan started the company because someone stole money from him...yet he is stealing from others!!!
