We had our tile roof and our flat roof (over our master bathroom) replaced 15 years ago by this company. We were pleased with their service, quality of work and professionalism while doing the work. They were on time and finished our roof on time.Our flat roof had to be sealed and foamed and and to maintain the warranty, it needs to be serviced every 5 years.It has been 15 years and they always contacts us to see how our roof(s) are holding up. Emmet , our advisor, made an appointment to come out to inspect our roof(s).Emmet was excellent in his follow up to inspect our roof(s), especially the foamed roof. A few weeks ago, trevec roofing replaced my roof. Jake was my salesman, David was the superintendent. I can't say enough good about the crew and the people involved in this. I've had roofs replaced in different parts of the world where I've lived. This is by far the best work I have ever had done. My neighbors even came over and complimented how professional and how good of a job they did. The crew all the people involved the office staff were fantastic, are fantastic the job is awesome. We have used TraVek before on a commercial property we own and now we have used them on our home. Besides being an experienced roofing company they provided guidance on roofing materials and colors as well as identifying some hidden defects we did not know about including a roof vent that was incorrectly placed, fascia issues and bird nesting prevention devices. They consistently exceed my expectations. They were right on schedule. Clean up was excellent and with all this expertise and company longevity, the price was extremely competitive with quotes my neighbors had been getting for similar roofs. I signed a roofing for proposal and agreement with them and the bank they use. I did not hear from them for over a week. I called them to find out when they were going to schedule my roof repair, they inform me that they were not going to honor the quote they gave me due to the fact that one of their employees that was the salesman at the time, left the company. They also informed me that The quote he had given me was too low. And although I filled out the paperwork for the bank to finance a loan, the best they could do is send a new salesman out to give me a new quote. I will never use this company nor will I ever refer them to others. Very unprofessional!Service: Roof repair

They gave me a quote for a roof repair and had me go through the motions of qualifying through their bank, then they refused to honor their quote that their salesman had given me. They told me his quote was not accurate and the best they could do was send another salesman out for a new quote. Now I am stuck without a roof repair, paperwork done and left to try and find another company before the rain season comes in.Service: Roof repair

I am very pleased with my new roof and the service, only complaint, was one thing I didn't expect after new roof was installed. I went to change out home ac filter and when I opened the cover a bunch of black gravel like stuff came out all over me and the floor, that encouraged me to check bathroom fans when I did the same thing happen but in smaller amounts. I have over 10 years experience/relationship with TraVek Roofing (formerly Trades Unlimited). They repaired stucco/roof leaks around two windows on one home. They also replaced the underlayment for a tile roof on two different homes in the Valley for me, including the patio covers. The most recent was in September 2021. They do an excellent job with attention to detail, courteous phone calls, they keep you informed of possible delays, and do a great job cleaning up the area when finished.Paul Huckins is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable about tile roofs. He was able to give me a very accurate job estimate. I also spoke with David Guzman, the roofing job manager. He was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions on the phone and in person at the job site. TraVek completed a full tile roof and patio cover, with two new layers of underlayment in less than a week. They may cost a little more but the price is well worth it because they also have a great transferrable warranty. I am leaving this business one star for total lack of any responsiveness and professional courtesy. I am an HOA board member of 109 unit townhome community. I heard about this business on 960 The Patriot and recommended it to our HOA management company - Trestle Management. Our manager Toni. C called this business multiple times and no one ever returned her calls. This made me look like a fool and absolutely destroyed any chance of them EVER getting work from us. They advertised that they can find leaks that no one else can find, we needed to find some leaks on 5 units and were looking at doing new roofs within next 5-10 years.
