Erik and Elliot were fantastic from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful with dealing with the insurance and able to keep the process moving forward.They were able to get everything worked out within a couple weeks and start work on the room.The efficiency of removing the old roof and installing the new roof was unheard of. Start to Finish was about 7 hours. Clean up was spotless and never would have known they were there, ensuring the backyard and grass was clean and safe for the kids to play.Can't recommend United Contracting Group enough if you need need your room replaced.

It was great working with Mike G. and United Contracting Group. Mike was very professional from beginning to end. He was up front explaining the process may take a while, but his hard work paid off. Thanks to Mike fighting on our behalf with the insurance company, he got us a full roof replacement. Mike knows what he's doing! He is thorough, patient and responds quickly to text messages/phone calls.Their team of roof installers also did an excellent job replacing our roof. They started at 7 am and were done by 12 noon the same day. I can't recommend United Contracting Group enough. Riley was in our neighborhood after the last storm. I stopped him to talk about our leaking roof and he was just the nicest guy. He was so understanding of our situation and willing to come take a look at our roof after he was finished for the day with our neighbors. It was nearing towards the evening and he still got his ladder out and did a very thorough inspection and went over the results with me. There was in fact storm damage, something the previous roofer we had look at our home denied, and was able to put a claim through to my insurance company. The insurance company covered pretty much the entire cost of a brand new roof. Riley worked with them the entire time and fought for us every step of the way.I wish every service cared this much about their clients and showed them they are priority. It wasn't until the end of the whole process that I found out he was the owner of the company. You would have never known with how hard he worked and the care and attention he showed me and my home.If you are having trouble with your roof, JUST CALL NOW! Had some unfortunate damage to my roof / home after a big storm and wasn't getting much support or help from my insurance company. Luckily I got in contact with Riley and his team. They were able to immediately help mitigate additional damage to my property and started working with my insurance on a plan for reconstruction. Was able to get my home / roof back in order in about 6 weeks. Was really nice having a company that actually had my best interests in mind during this really stressful time. Would fully recommend them for any future contracting needs. Ask for Riley if you need help, he had my back.

I normally don’t post reviews, but this one merited the time to do so. My husband and I had never dealt with a roofing company before, nor the roofing replacement process. Needless to say, we were somewhat nervous because it entails a level of trust. There seemed to be a lot of different roofing companies out there and we didn’t know which one to pick. We based our decision on 1) good communication, 2) pricing, 3) quality of roof/workmanship, and 4) willingness to negotiate it on our behalf with the insurance company. After thoroughly researching reviews of roofing companies online and getting quotes from four other companies, we decided to take the leap and go with Mike Garrigan at United contracting group. Honestly, the whole time we were holding our breath, waiting for a negative experience. It never came. The process was seamless, exactly as explained, timely. Mike went above and beyond expectations to see that our various requests and questions were answered in a timely fashion. There was even an incident where some roofing material fell off the roof and made a hole in our screen door. Before he even told me, Mike had already scheduled a screen repair company to come out on his company’s dime to fix it, which they did three days after the roof was done. He accommodated a number of extra requests with utmost professionalism and willingness. He stopped by when he said he would, always on time, and sometimes even a few minutes early. The roofers arrived at 5:45 AM, finished at 6 PM and worked hard the entire time. The roof was completed in one day. Also, my neighbor across the street, who works from home full-time, observed the entire roofing process and commented how impressed she was with the roofing crew. She noted that they were organized and worked hard and efficiently. She asked for Mike’s contact info. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Not surprisingly, four other homes on our street are also being reroofed by Mike and United Contracting Group, as a result of a severe storm in September. We would have no hesitation recommending him and his company to anyone. Well done, Mike and United Contracting Group! Thank you!!

United Contracting GroupIs an honest and trustworthy Company. I worked with Riley Michael and Thomas D. They went beyond the scope of assisting meth rough the whole process- They were respectful and did not “Talk Down” to me. I am a Senior Citizen with over a 90 percent Vision Loss. When I say Trustworthy, I mean integrous. -They really do Care ab about their customers.I had storm damage and later found out fire damage (from a neighbor’s house fire) to my Cedar Shake Roof.They handled all the Insurance Company Interaction and Details. I Live in a Neighborhood, The Groves of Gilbert with a VERY Difficult Architectural Review Board, biased and subjected to THEIR Personal taste. Yes, you need to get their approval even when it is an Emergency to have the tarp covered Roof Replace. Due to the Emergency Situation of my Roof, I did not have 7-12 months to replace the Cedar Shake Roof which has to be imported from Canada. In addition, due to the Wild fires on South Montanan and the Superstition Mountains, it is Extremely difficult to get Home Owners InsuranceIt took over 7 weeks to Get the HOA to agree on a Cedar Shake Substitute- I had to have a Structural Engineer Inspect my trusses to Prove that my house was NOT structurally sound to support a Tile Roof - the only approved substitute for the Cedar Shake (Even though the HOA allowed 2 Steel Roofs to be installed)*** Thank goodness for Riley and Thomas... I now have a beautiful Professionally installed Composite Roof which looks like Cedar Shake and has a 50-year Lifetime unlike the 18-year average for the Cedar Shake Wood Roofs.Their Crew was diligent, arrived early and work a full 9-hour day. Everyday before they left, they clean up the mess and even used a Blower to get the dust and dirt cleaned up too. Riley and Thomas really care about their installers and had them wear Brightly colored work jacket. It was extremely windy the first few days. I was impressed of the Safety precaution of tethering the installers to the roof. Then we got hit with the 90-degree weather. Elliott was our go to guy on this project. He was outstanding from start to finish. He handled everything with our insurance company right up to the end and followed up with us a month or so later. Everything is solid and professionally done. My entire neighborhood has been complimenting on how beautiful the new roof looks. I am so very pleased with this company. These guys did an awesome job start to finish. I was a bit skeptical at first when I was initially approached by this company, but I did my research online and decided to give the insurance claim process a chance. I am so glad I did, the whole experience was pleasant and easy. They got the whole project paid for by my insurance, and upgraded the roof to a beautiful concrete tile. I was told that all I had to do was pay my deductible at the end as long as I was happy with the workmanship and quality of material. When a microburst pulled our roof off, I had a number of companies come out for estimates. There were some special issues with our roof: we have a brand new air conditioner and solar panels on the roof. Riley from United Contracting Group took care of everything. He worked with my insurance adjustor to make sure everything was covered and coordinated the removal and reinstall of our air conditioner and solar panels. His crew was on time and worked like crazy in the AZ heat to complete our roof. They cleaned up everything after the fact-we couldn't even find a nail left behind. Riley suggested we go with a black roof with the new cool roof technology and it is stunning! Our home is 40+ years old with shingles and it looks amazing. I reached out to United on 9/1 to have my roof repaired after the big wind storm we had. I had some times fly off, and a small leak in my master bedroom.I was dispatched out to Elliott Sharp, who was kind on the phone and quickly set up an appointment same day. Perfect!He came out and assessed, and said that he referred me over to someone in damage mitigation for my interior leak, and said he’d reach out early in the next week to come and replace the missing tiles.Instead, I’ve received no contact from the referral, and no contact from him. I’ve reached out via phone call and text, and have received no response. I’m assuming because they couldn’t get insurance to pay out, that they simply have no want to help me. Moving on to another company now. Disappointing considering all the positive reviews.

United Contracting Group is an excellent Company and Collin Kettering and Gilbert and their team of roofers did an excellent job of showing up on time, & getting all the material and color requested & worked hard all day until the job was completed and cleaned up all the mess and made sure that no nails or hazards in the driveway could be effected to any of the cars we drive. When the work was completed Collin & Gilbert made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction, which we were very much. They worked with our insurance company and within hours had our insurance company working with United Contracting Group to get the repairs done to our house after the hail storm damaged our roof and house and United Contracting Group went over and above our homes needs.
