Carl-Eric Granfelt~ On 12 April 2024 the Slade Roofing crew supervised by Braden Keely worked on my home replacing the deteriorated shingled roof- The crew was experienced and completed the job in a professional manner. What was most to me was the clean up of the area surrounding their work as one could hardly find any evidence of the mass discarded roofing material that once was there.I would recommend Slade Roofing to anyone looking for a company to replace their roof. On a rating system of one to five gold stars I would rate Slade Roofing 4 1/2 only God is perfect.

Wow! Wow!! Wow!! we were in need terribly of a new roof due to wind. I had no idea that our insurance would cover our roof. Until I talked to Tyler Slade! Awesome guy an amazing crew! I was uncomfortable going through the insurance process, but he took us through it quickly and flawlessly. He knows his insurance inside and out and his roofs! And his crew works together very well, and they got it done under two days!!! And their cleanup was immaculate! Thank you, Tyler, Jacob and Team! Slade Roofing was above and beyond. I had a small project and they treated me like a large project. Jacob was the most experienced and courteous person with the bid and final, this is a follow through company. The crew that came to do the work were very experienced and knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. Slade Roofing completed our roof yesterday. The foreman and crew were the best I have ever seen. On time, polite, efficient, and very clean. They made sure we were 100 percent satisfied on the final walk around. The owner showed to check progress but didn't need too. Tyler took the time to show us what our roof needed and why his product would serve our needs. He shocked us by scheduling the tear-off and install for 4 days after we signed the contract and assured us the job would be done in a day!We were sceptical but Slade roofing delivered! I highly recommend this company! They are easy to work with and were very flexible with our situation. Great product options at better prices than other companies. While replacing the shingles, they had to get creative above our front door due to the "character" of our 1980 built home (roof sagged and our screen door hit the roof). They worked their magic and gave us 1 inch of clearance for the screen door. Their team was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and left the outside cleaner than they found it!

Tyler and Jacob worked with me for months to get my roof replaced by insurance. Insurance claims are frustrating and they made it very easy to navigate. When it came to the roofing time, the crew showed up and the project manager let me know little reports as the day went on. He was very nice and made sure we were comfortable with everything happening. Everyone was shocked when I told them it only took one day to replace the roof. 10/10 recommend.

Tyler and his platoon of roofers were truly impressive from beginning to end in completely replacing our roof. They moved the job up 2 days to avoid weather and finished everything including an impressive nighttime cleanup in one day. These guys worked as a well oiled machine. My roof suffered 70 mph winds at Taylor Arizona, tearing off the shingles and tar paper, leaving the raw wood exposed.I called Slade Roofing and someone was able to go out to look at my roof the same day that I called them. My roof was deteriorated to the point of losing shingles with standard day to day wind, I spent days researching who to call first and im very pleased I called Slade first. Working with Slade Roofing, Jacob went above and beyond to stay on top of what exactly my roof needed, getting the estimate fast and me on the schedule even faster.I was amazed by Slade Roofing's time management skills scheduling my replacement only 3 days after accepting the estimate! I was even more impressed at the efficiency of the crew tearing off, repairing damage, modifying the structure to add vents, and fulling compleating the replacement of both the main home and shed in less then 1 day!The project manager Braden, stayed on site from start to finish and met with me anytime id step out to look at the job, he answered every question and made sure I understood every step that was taking place during the work.The whole crew tarped around the structures being working on to minimize mess and did a good job cleaning the property of debris after completion.There product and warranty are unmatched, and I highly recommend Slade Roofing for all your roofing needs new or remodel/repair. We had a great experience with Slade roofing. We had materials delivered then had snow that prevented the work for over a week. I was contacted and updated several times while we waited for a weather window. On the day the roof was done, I received a call and text telling me what to expect. The Slade Roofing crew showed up on time and went to work. They were polite and extremely efficient. The roof was finished in one day and it looks great. They cleaned up the work area and left it looking good. Considering the snow and cold temperature, I was really impressed. Their work is very solid and I would recommend them to anyone.

We called Slade Roofing and asked for an estimate. I heard from Jacob later the same day and set an appointment for the next day. Jacob was on time, personable and very knowledgeable ! I had many questions. Jacob answered them all! We decided to proceed. Jacob scheduled our new roof install the following Wednesday.Ceasar and crew showed up bright and early and where finished as promised later that day! Slade Roofing did a fantastic job with my new roof. I had wind and hail damage. I live in the Wagonwheel area of Lakeside, AZ. A roofing inspector (Jacob) met with my insurance man. Within a week or so I was approved to replace the entire roof and arrangements were made to do the job (weather providing - snow season). The job was done within one day. Crew arrived at 6:30am and started tear-down. Job was completed by 1:00pm. Very efficient. Shrubery and decking were covered with tarps. Clean up was thorough.Aside from the shingles being a different color from what was decided upon, the roof looks beautiful. I only paid the insurance deductible out of pocket. Jacob was in constant contact with me from the very beginning to the last contact with Slade. I am very satisfied.

I highly recommend Slade Roofing for all your roofing needs. I contacted several roofing companies and Tyler Slade, of Slade Roofing responded right away. He did a Google search of our roof, during our call, with all details about our roof.Tyler came to our house and did a thorough inspection of our roof damage and interior damage, and promptly got back to me with a bid. He communicated with me at every turn.The whole Slade team showed up at 5:00 am, on time, and got right to work on our 6,600 sq ft roof. His crew was very professional, respectful, and worked nonstop like a well oiled machine.Tyler contacted me several times during both the roof removal and new installation to keep me updated with the progress.After completion, Ceasar did a full walk around inspection with me of the finished work. I cannot recommend Tyler and his team enough. I called 4 other local roofers and not only did Tyler get someone out to inspect the roof the quickest, they also provided their quote before another roofer. They then provided me with a date that they would start work and they kept that commitment. Any time there would be a change or something might arise they communicated it so we were all on the same page. The quality of the work is great. I now feel ready for monsoon season and any winter storm.They uncovered a hive of carpenter ants while they were removing the old roof (photos attached). They quickly passed this information onto me so we were able to get the ants sprayed and deploy other types of poison traps as well. After this we were able to remove the rotted and eaten pieces of wood and get things moving again.Tyler not only got the work done, he also advised us to change few little things to drastically improve aesthetics. He recommended we look into plywood that had grooves in it for our porch area to give it a plank look feel. We love it so much.Last but definitely not least, Tyler gave an accurate quote. I had peace of mind knowing the number was not going to grow by 30% or 40% over the project. After getting several roofing quotes for hail damage... many of the contractors spent a few minutes measuring and were off to the next quote ... I felt they were not willing to look for the hail damage.Slade Roofing took the time to listen to our concerns ,spending nearly an hour with us on the initial visit , Tyler took his time inspecting the Roof taking many photos for documentation for our insurance company.They worked directly with our insurance company which made the process quick ,easy and painless on our side.Once we committed to Slade Roofing they committed to us ... our Roof was stripped to bare wood ...the removal process was fast and the following day the new roof was completed ... The cleanup was excellent with very minimal debris remaining on the ground .If you're looking for a Roofing company , I would recommend Slade Roofing , fast reliable and excellent communication skills, they made the process comfortable and painless

In a matter of 5 1/2 hours, the workers had ripped the old roofing off and installed the new roof. That also included the roof on my shed, clean up, and out my driveway. Very hard and quick workers. Very professional. Highly recommend Slade Roofing!👍
