Logan made sure to look over my roof and ensure I knew exactly what was included in the project estimate and provided honest recommendations taking the time to help me understand what I needed. When the install date came All About Roofing was very good to let me know the appointment was coming up, and what to expect on install day. The staff was very professional and nice. The install was done in one day and they ensured everything was very clean around my house. They even asked my neighbor permission to clean her yard to ensure there was nothing left on the ground. After the install Logan walked me around to do a full inspection. I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with Gilbert and the construction crew. Gilbert could not have been more helpful in explaining options for the roof work we had in mind. His crew was here on time and completed the work two days early. Gilbert was on site every day to check on progress. We felt confident in their work and the fact that Gilbert personally inspected the job after completion. Overall, a job well done, and we are no longer concerned about potential leaks from the old roof. Thank you all!

I started with a good feeling but it slowly turned into a large hassle. First, the project manager was supposed to oversee the project daily but was only here for the initial check, final cleanup, last check, and hear my complaints at the end. Before the start of the project, i told the managed not to touch the the matching tiles I had saved. The installer ignored that and stole my tiles to use them on the roof. They also damaged my patio flashing and didnt tell me. The new mortar caps were cracking. They forgot to install new vents. They eventually repaird the faulty install but they treated me like I was hassling them. I just found some adhesive they used on the roof on my garage door. Dont know how I'm going to remove it without damaging the paint on the door. I just had the house painted before they did the roof. See the pictures. They tell the story. I hope the roof holds up. I don't want to have to deal with a warranty issue. If you want a hassle free install, I suggest you keep looking for another contractor. I wasn't impressed.Update! - Minutes after this posting the owner Devon called me. He said he cares about the customer having a good experience with his company and offered to reimburse me to get the garage door repainted. He also arranged a time to come over and see the installation and the garage door. He was very nice and inspected the roof. He found some ceiling tiles broken and one missing. This was from the solar installers. Devon offered to check the repairs once the solar guys repaired the tiles and caps. I appreciate Devon's attempt to rectify the issues and the offer to pay for the repint of the door. He seems to really care that the job is done to the satisfaction of the customer. I upgraded the rating from one star to three due to Devon reaching out and trying to make it right.

We just had all about roofing install our new roof I tell you I couldn’t be happier Devin worked on all the financial details for us with our insurance company and all we had to do was confirm with the insurance company that all was well. His staff is amazing. They keep you updated Constantly with emails and messages if you choose letting you know dates coming up times and when product will be delivered And the final agreed installment date the men who came to install the roof were very courteous, and the cleanup was unbelievable, not tack, nail or piece of trash on my lawn. I tell you I could not be happier. Thank you guys again !

Devin and his crew did just an amazing job. The attention to detail and customer service is bar none. We learnt about his company from our neighbor John who had their roof done recently. He talked highly of the crew that work on his house. The whole process was seamless, from contract to pricing. Devin and crew completed the work ahead of time. While a new roof is not something anyone wants to spend money on All About Roofing made the process simple and an all around good experience. Great experience with All About Roofing. Logan, my service contact was top notch. He explained the entire process in detail, went over the different product options and provided excellent communication. The crews who did the work were skilled, fast, and took pride in their work. They cleaned up at the end of every day. It took them three days to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. The front office staff were also very helpful and provided timely communication and made sure I was aware of what was going to happen when. Price - Very competetive on the price. I had three other companies provide quotes and AAR was very competetive on price.Can't say enough about the experience. Great work.

We had a surprising amount of trouble finding a roofing company that was fairly priced, up front with us, and most of all was quick and reliable to respond and get things done. All About Roofing delivered on all three, and Dillon was amazing to work with. He was extremely helpful and prompt, even personally tarping our roof to protect from storms while we waited for our install date, and showing up post to check for leftover pieces and nails. I will happily recommend them to anyone.

All About Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. I worked with Logan. He inspected my roof and took pictures of what he was seeing on my underlayment on my tile roof. He showed me the wear and tear damage on my underlayment being a 1997 home. He went over product knowledge and showed me all the samples giving me a solution to the problem. Pricing was very competitive and they were the only company to sit down and go over everything from start to finish. The crew was absolutely outstanding. They showed up every morning and worked till about 5 pm and they cleaned up each and every day. Logan was here everyday checking on the job and took progress photos and updated me every day. I highly recommend All About Roofing. They went above and beyond our expectations. The workers were courteous and respectful. They cleaned up the worksite before leaving daily. Most importantly, they went above what was expected. They added necessary roof tiles for no additional fee to ensure we wouldn’t have future problems. Also, they sealed the roof skylight with caulking and flashing which wasn’t included in the bid. Kevin took pictures throughout the project to keep us updated. Do not hesitate to contact!Following a 1 hour 1 inch plus hailstorm in Payson, I contacted Tyler to look at my roof. We had our tile roof underlayment replaced with high quality Mapp2, and patio roof done with Polyflex. Very pleased with installation - on time, fast, efficient, professional work. Logan was great to work with. We needed plywood (3) and facia board (14ft) replaced due to water damage, additional cost was very clear in contract. No surprises.
