My mother paid for a roof that was supposed to have a life time guarantee . After her roof had been leaking for a while, I contacted his office. The owner came to her house, and without even looking at the problem, quoted a $2,000 to $3,000 to fix it. When I reminded him that she had paid for a life time guarantee, he said the company he had been doing business with had gone out of business. I told him her contract was with him, not the company he did business with. After he didn't return my calls, I hired another person. The roofer I hired said the material used was good, but the employees had done a bad job. He didn't take responsibility for a bad job that had been done, and took advantage of an elderly woman on a limited income. I would never recommend or hire Ferrins Roofing.Service: Roof installation
