Nowadays it's starting to become more and more digitized. More convenient just to order online. I wish there were more employees willing to help and tell you that they "hope you have a good day". Sometimes for depressed people, like me, I would like to hear, every now and then, that somebody, even if it's a stranger, cares, to an extent. I see nobody at their departments; especially when I need a pair of blinds. They don't carry the ones I want. I'll have to search all over the app to see if I can even find the specific kind I need with specific measures that are different from the modern mobile home since my house was made in 1986... Not even their smallest door can fit my small door frames... I would have to specifically order them, but they do not provide that at Home Depot, even on the app... I'll have to find someone or something else to help me get those specific door sizes. How inconvenient...

WOW- i just talked to a guy from the Appliance department before i wanted to order a Gas Stove.Simple Question if the Samsung Stoves come with a conversion kit from Natural Gas to Propane (called Samsung- all their Gas Stoves come with conversion Kit) The Guy Home Depot, who sells Gas Stoves did not know what a conversion Kit is.WOW- is all i can say. I order my Stove at Best Buy, they gave great information and have great financing options. Hard to believe that Home Depot employs people like that.

While my Mom's chemo treatments down the street went long, the ladies at this store let us come in and cool off. They were so sweet and it was really nice to have help when we needed somewhere to get out of the heat!

This home depot is awesome! The employees were all great and helpful. Stephen at order pickup, the ladies at the flooring, and the employees at the pro desk were all fantastic. It's nice to know that I have a good Home Depot when I'm not in my hometown.

Back in 2020 home Depot was a nice place to work for really good management they appreciate what you did for the store 0445 but with this new management all they care about is there bones I got wrote up for 42 minutes of overtime I ask really why cause they answer was (you are taking from my bones) am a wow 6 months later I left did not feel appreciated since 2022 they don't appreciate any employees that work hard for them not recommend to work for

Takes 5 people to answer a question, funny how the last person you talk to has the answer. Requested a manager to bypass Stephen at customer service cause he didn’t stand a chance and being invisible wasn’t going in my favor also. Left not making a big purchase.. I don’t knows take 2 seconds compared to the attempt to problem solve. Soon they’ll be 10 registers and 1 person running them with a tablet. And it’s understandable computer are the future.

It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I've been waiting 3 different times for over 20 minutes each to get ahold of customer service because I'm missing part of my order and still no one picks up the phone. I just spent over $3000 in that store maybe it's time to go to Lowe's

I like this store to get all the things I need for my projects or home repairs. I wish that you didn't have to search so hard to find someone to help. Plenty of people greet you at the front of the store but especially when someone isn't in the paint department it's hard to locate someone to get paint mixed and can take about 20 min. to get someone there.

Went to pick up some paint and a few other small items. Trip went great. They had my paint choices saved in the computer. That saved a ton of time. They had all the other items I needed in stock. All in all it was a great trip to the store.

Have been to this home depot twice. Both times the customer service experience has been awful. It seems like all the customer service reps. congregate to the front of the store. When you are in a certain department you can never find an associate to help you. Today I asked for help. The associate said this is not my department but I will find someone for you. We waited 15 minutes no one came to help us. I went to the front of the store and the manager said I will get someone for you.. Finally after 25 minutes, we left. We will stick with the local Ace Hardware to do our business.

We have been visiting Home Depot frequently for the last 3 months as we built our home. What started out as a very rocky endeavor for us was made very pleasant by Justin, Derrick, Sandy and Vance! They are all very knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond when helping us with anything we asked of them even if it wasn’t in their scope of work! They all deserve a raise!

The food was great. It was nearly 25 min waiting for food they were not busy. The waitress sucked. She had no personality and visited our table 3 times once to drop menus, 2 to bring waters, and bring food. We ran out of chips waited for her to come back but only at the moment our food was up.

In my opinion there are 2 Home Depots that freakin ROCK!! THE one in Mesa on Val Vista and Safford!! Safford has inched ahead in my opinion!! Cudos to ALL the employees and management!! You can tell that Saffords new Manager leads by example!!

Seriously the poorest customer service I have seen in a while. Pretty bad when you spend thousands if dollars there for your company and try to order something for 5 days just to get tossed from manager to manager and for Justin the main manager to never return a phone call. Then you call the pro desk 3x more just to be told you'll be called back and you never get a call back so you call again now 3pm day is over and again I relate the importance and they say they only have 2 people and will call you back finally I'm over the money they have owed my owners and cannot wait anymore and decide to order from any store but this one. I mean from a thursday to a Tuesday and no movement no help except from Tracy the manager on Tuesday who found the money owed to my company but her employees aren't on the same page even when I tell them she said i could process my order with the pro desk when she transferred me. But that never happened. Honestly for spending so much of our business at this store I'm so ashamed at the management at this store. Seriously embarrassing I wanna know what happened to customer service and actually doing what you say you're going to do. Sad excuse of customer service. Also screw the money owed from 2 months ago on a 8k order. Not worth the headache. Don't waste your time if you're a business just order from tucson. Thanks for finding the money owed Tracy.

The wood that I went to Home Depot for was not on the stock shelf it was on the storage at the top of a different shelf. (Lumber side) The forklift operator was tied up helping another customer and then got pulled off on something else. The staff there was very helpful, and safe. It took a little bit of time to get the stuff done that I needed but I was not in a hurry so not a big deal. They went out of their way to help me and I say thank you.

We ordered carpet and it took 2 1/2 months to order and get on the install list! Today was the day it was supposed to be installed. Got a call yesterday morning after we cleared the room to be carpeted...their installer called in and now they can't do it until next Monday? No thank you Home Depot, order cancelled, will never use Home Depot again!

This is the worst Home Depot I have ever shopped or worked at. Most of the personnel are not helpful or knowledgeable at all, this store does not even practice "power hour" making sure all employees are helping customers between 10 and 2 like they're supposed to. Very hard to find help here. Very high turn over because managers are more into micromanaging employees and walking around with their noses in the air than helping customers, more concerned with whether cashiers are circling your receipt and telling you about some survey than whether they and all other employees know where things are in the store and are actually practicing the degree of "excellent customer service" Home Depot is usually known for. This store is not up to par with Home Depot's normal customer service standards, so if you're coming to Safford from any other city where there's a Home Depot, you will be disappointed.

We went to the garden center today, and the guy was so helpful! He knew just what we should get for what we're doing. And he had good tips from his own experience. They are always very helpful there!
