Mid-sized Pilot with a Subway and all the expected Pilot food and coffee fare. Clean bathrooms. Truck side was really busy. The car side was mostly easy to maneuver with our 60 foot RV rig. Register attendants were super pleasant and even greeted me on the way in, moved folks through the lines quickly.

Clean lot, plenty backing room. Mexican food across the street. 3 stars cause I've been next for a shower for about 30mins now. An employee is cleaning everything but the showers as I type, wiping down the refrigerator doors as if they're dirty. There's 5 people in line, I see 3 shower doors open not being cleaned.

Morning of February 11, 2024. Staff was nice. Coffee bar was fully stocked. Subway was good. Shower was clean and hot. Five stars. Unless I missed someone it was an all female crew so I will say, I appreciate you ladies. Good place to stop. Thank you.

Not sure if they pipe in hot water from Lake Michigan or if their water heater is just as dependable as a desert meth head… regardless, urine is roughly the same temperature as the shower.Somewhat sure the towels in the bathroom get a simple rinse and little else between uses. The smell is unfortunately only strong enough that you notice it once you’re drying off.Pretty fn grossTo boot, after coming out of the shower I noticed the place smelled like they parked a pig hauler somewhere inside the store.If there were an option to block this place on my GPS I would. Instead, take y’all’s star. You earned it

I'm simply a traveler riding through. I did notice ample space for 18 wheelers, trucks with boats, rv's and other extended type vehicles.The bathrooms were clean, neat and we'll stocked.Employees were friendly and I was greeted upon entering the store. I enjoyed the music and danced to a couple of songs while stocking up on goodies.The area appears safe if you had to take a quick nap for safety on the road.

Thus place is always dirty. Shower water doesn't stay hot at all. Subway food is always cross contaminated. Lettuce in spinach. Olives in the tomatoes etc. The cashiers are slow. The store is just sloppy all around& needs a complete overhaul asap!!!

Every time you need to take a shower there's always a long wait... showers are empty and there's no one cleaning them, manager just walks around and does not help at all... if you're here to take a shower come prepare to wait at least 3 hours...

Pilot Travel center was just ok. Stopped here for GAS AND A RESTROOM BREAK. HAD to let the dog do his business too. Just like a few of the other piolets, this one had an ok selection of snacking and drinks. The rest room looked like it was flipped upside-down and shook a bit, but it was still usable.

A very clean Pilot to stop at for fuel food and overnight parking. They have fresh coffee and fast food also inside. The restrooms are very clean and so are the showers. The parking lot is large and they have a Cat Scale on-site also

By far the worst pilot i ever been 2. The restrooms are probably the worst in Arizona. Pig drivers have will never come back to this one

Hands down the dirtiest Pilot I have been to. Floors look as though they haven’t been swept or moped in weeks, bathrooms have urine on the floors. Cooler isn’t stocked. Coffee is cloudy from not being properly cleaned. Should I go on?

Very rude old lady that works there, would rather have me back up and risk hitting another truck, rather than allow me to move, and then replace a cone to pull through. Old dust bag has no business working in customer service.

Travel through here regularly, their subway has the best cookies I’ve ever tasted. You’d think that since it’s a commercial chain, that everything would be the same, that’s not the case here. I will stop here specifically for the soft cookies. The service here is very swift as well. For this to be a big facility that is definitely short of staff, they keep it clean, and they keep traffic flowing smoothly.

2 hour wait for a shower is ridiculous plus chicken tenders were burnt hardly any hot food choices water in shower took forever to even get warm no trucker wants a cold shower

I have seen a lot of bad reviews for this Pilot. I walked in and was amazed. This is one of the CLEANEST Pilot stores I have been to. Shower was SUPER CLEAN. No wait either. They seem short staffed in the evening, but they are friendly and fast. Lot was very clean as were the fuel pumps. Glad I stopped in.Savannah, Bec, and Roy were all on top of their game!! WAY TO GO!I would say with the amount of drivers coming into this place, they need more than just 3 showers! I have been here before and waited for a shower simply because all 3 were occupied.

July 09, 2023Today I visited the Pilot Truck Stop in Tanopah, AZ, and while I had an overall positive experience, there were a few hiccups that left me somewhat disappointed. Despite encountering some issues towards the end of my visit, I'd like to highlight the overall experience was okay.Upon arrival, I noticed that two pumps were closed, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the workers were approachable and ready to assist, even if they seemed a bit preoccupied with their own conversations and phone uses. Albeit there was no line for the showers the wait time for the shower reservation a little longer than expected.Inside the truck stop, I found the store to be generally clean.One area where the experience took a downturn was at the Subway counter. Unaware that the Subway closed at 10 PM, I found myself in line at 9:58 PM. As the clock struck 10 PM, I noticed the clerk giggle and exchange a few words with a colleague in the kitchen as of to indicate “ get to work” . Unfortunately, despite all the items being clearly available and not yet put away, they refused to serve me. This sudden refusal to serve customers after the official closing time left me feeling disappointed, as I had been anticipating a meal in line before they actually closed.While this incident certainly impacted my overall impression of the truck stop, I must emphasize the cleanliness of the premises, and the general organization contributed positively to my experience. It's important to note that isolated incidents can occur in any establishment, and this unfortunate encounter at the end should not overshadow the positive aspects I encountered earlier.In conclusion, despite a few drawbacks, the workers at the Pilot Truck Stop in Tanopah, AZ, were generally friendly and created a clean and welcoming environment. While my experience turned sour towards the end due to the Subway closure, I believe it was an isolated incident. I would still recommend this truck stop for its other services, and I hope the management takes note of this feedback to improve the closing process for their food service operations in the future.

I've got to remember never to stop here again. Diesel pumps backed up into the street every time I stop here. Last time luckily I was going west so I had a couple other choices. 100% if you can avoid this place DO IT.

I reserved parking online. When I got here all the spots were taken. I went inside to get help with getting whoever took my spot out of here. But instead they just gave me a refund and said good luck. I'm out of hours and I'm probably going to get a violation for this now.

First and last time . Especially talking showers . I have to pay twice 18+18 = 36 . For one shower just because the can make you pay. I don't advice anyone to stop here hoping to have a shower and some rest to stop here
