I recently bought a new F150 at Winslow Ford. Negotiated for options rather than reduction in price, like you do. After discussion about my RV weight, tongue weight and trailer brake needs I was promised $1500 for (or toward I guess) a tow package. In writing. I drove back when they "got the parts" (3 hours each way) was dropped off across town for 3.5 hours (for a 1-2 hour job) walked back on my own to find a near-empty parking lot but my truck backed in between the only other two non-sales vehicles on the lot. Spidey senses tingling I walk around the truck expecting to find body damage or...something. Instead I found...nothing, or nearly so. No 7-wire connector, no trailer brake controller - just a no-name, no-capacity-listed, generic $200-300 receiver hitch installed. I'm pretty hot. My salesman walks me to the sales manager like I'm headed to the principals office and, sure enough, said sales manager holds forth from behind an elevated counter. He claims misunderstanding, and then feigns outrage. Laughable, am I right? Despite deal involving "fair" condition KBB trade-in value, he says my trade-in wasn't new. I tell him that negotiations are over, that was last week. Finally he says they will call me when the rest of the parts come in but they never did. I wouldn't want to invest another 6 hours of driving for the inevitable disappointment anyway. I wish the sales manager and his paisley shirt the best of luck - which he will need when they run out of first-time customers. Ain't nobody coming back for seconds.

Justin at the front was super polite and professional, Dean, the technician that worked on the truck was professional, knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly! Probably the best service experience I have had. Driving from California back home to Texas - so having quick and effective service was super important to me!

I called Winslow Ford to ask questions about their services, diagnostic charge and They helped me with my vehicle of which didn't start since October 2022. I been using my car to get supplies during the winter. I done my work, Winslow ford went farther to diagnose my ford truck and replaced a new battery, program the keys and did some more diagnostic work. Within few days after leaving my truck at the dealership service, I was happy and 2 weeks later was told the vehicle was done service. I didn't go to dealership until 2 days later and I paid for it. Sure enough, my ford truck 2009 had started and running. The service team did a nice job by putting an extra mile to diagnose my vehicle. I wanted to tow my truck to another ford dealership but I chose Winslow Ford because of the diagnosis charge. I couldn't be much happier. My ford truck runs strong and safe that im allow to get what im doing on what i miss during the last winter season. I be sure taking my truck to Winslow ford on my next service.

I stopped by to look at some vehicles and was approved for a vehicle. Came back the following day and was told that they are not going to sell the vehicle to us. Drove over two hours to the dealership with high hopes and thinking we be driving a vehicle back with us. Nope, that didn’t happen. If that was the case, they should’ve called us to let us know and to save us the trip. No communication between the departments. Sad. Just upset in the dealership.

Our overall buying experience was good. Samantha Taha was very knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend her as a sales person.Rating reflects a deduction of 1 star for price gouging. There was a $5k markup for our hard to find 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Badlands model. We managed to get the markup down to $2400 over msrp.**tint done by Go to Glass in Taylor**

I was passing through on a cross-country journey - called and was able to get my van in the same day for an oil change. Everyone I interacted with was kind and they had a comfortable lobby where I could work on my laptop while I waited. Cost was what they quoted over the phone without any pressure for extra unnecessary maintenance. Great experience!

I got fair market value for my trade as well as fair market price for the vehicle I purchased. I had no need to haggle and everything talked about was completed with out having to ask twice. Was traveling through and realized we had a mudflap come loose on my truck. Stopped in purchased a bottle of DEF and parts counter person installed the clip that we lost to get the mudflap back in place in minutes, thank you!

Called 2-3 times for service. All you can do is leave a msg. Finally got through. This is Monday April 3rd, 2023. The service advisor told me that the earliest that I could get an appt, would be Thursday the 7 April 2023. You have got to be joking? I’m passing through Winslow and departing on Wednesday the 6th. The communication with this dealership is the worst. Just a hint: don’t stop 🛑 keep going. They will leave you standing on the corner in Winslow! Never thought a Ford dealership would refer to that? In all my years as a Ford owner and sales consultant I have never experienced something like this. I think this dealership should rethink their telephone communication’s. Hire a receptionist.

We were on a cross country trip towing our 27’ travel trailer with our Ford F-150 when the oil change message came on. We called Winslow Ford and they were able to get us in the next day. When we arrived, they had an area we could park our trailer during the appointment. We were taken care of early. Everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. The oil change was done with no extra charges. I wished we lived closer, they people were great.

Was traveling have well over 100,000.00 dollars worth the Ford equipment in parking lot told me that couldn't get to me till the following week!!!!! Called Albuquerque Ford the service writer took the time to suggest a few things I could do and it worked we were back on the road!!!! HATED WINSLOW FORD!!!!!!! LOVED ALBUQUERQUE THEY SAVED OUR TRIP!!!!!!

This was my first time at your dealership and everyone I have spoken too and received help from was and are absolutely outstanding. I have a recall on my vehicle and the men I was speaking too Philippe and Justin were awesome. They fed me information and have been more than willing to help keep me updated on the status with my car. Even though your system is down at the moment they don't hesitate to let me know what's going on and give me a timeframe estimate. I am oh so greatfull to these two and I give them huge props Because they are so genuine and helpful. I give props to everyone inside too, they were very helpful to everyone who came in. I had a great experience with one of your service staff a couple months ago. I was in the market for tires and went to Winslow Ford. The service counter sent me to Tim Egbert for a consult. It's important to know this was on a Friday night at 5 PM. I didn't realize the time, you close at 5. Tim helped me look at tires and sizes. He also and looked up prices on the tires I was interested in. In all he worked with me for about 30-40 minutes before I left, without buying anything. After a few days more research I returned to Winslow Ford and ordered a great set of Michelins. Again, Tim was very helpful and made me feel great about my purchase. I'm glad to say the tires have been great. My truck rides smoother and my fuel mileage has noticeable improved. Thanks to great service people like Tim I'll look no further than Winslow Ford next time I'm in need of service. Thank you.

Wesley was amazing from start to finish. When we weren't really feeling anything on the lot he spent the time and effort to research and have the perfect truck for us brought in. He has been a constant support for any questions we have had after purchase and for the first time in out lives we are extremely happy with our car dealer. Although I didn't get any work done to my vehicle because my engine was pretty much fried. They were very generous and helpful in helping me pinpoint the problems with my vehicle which will eventually help me in my lawsuit against the shop who worked on my engine 24-48hrs prior to the incident. Even offered to take the vehicle for trade in towards a new one. Thank you guys for your kindness, help and generosity during such a busy period! I highly reccomend this place.

These guys picked up the phone, which is hard enough to achieve out here. When my camper broke down on our first road trip, and Road Side Assistance was unable to find us a tow for over 24hrs… I found out these guys had a Landoll, which is what I needed and is hard to find in the desert on a Sunday. I THINK the drivers name was Clayton, super friendly and knows what he’s doing. Thanks for helping me out when no one else would.
