Johnnie was great. We worked collaboratively to build our retirement dream pool pavilion. The pavilion included a full bathroom with an outdoor shower, kitchen and relaxing seating that has a twin size swing and double sided fireplace. Johnnie worked hard to accommodate all of my ideas and designs. He has even gone above and beyond to answer any questions I have had after the job was completed. Thanks for building us a place where many memories have all ready been created and many more to come.

Johnnie has done several projects for me in my older home. Home built in 1917. He understands the issues with an older home. Latest project was turning a studio apartment into a Master Bedroom with attached ensuite bath. Project was completed timely and I am very satisfied with Johnnie's work. His crew was very respectful of my house while working in it. Will definitely recommend Johnnie for remodeling and construction. I love my new space!October 2023:Changed my Breakfast Room into a Bulters Pantry and added a private entrance to my Master Bedroom. Johnnie installed the cabinets and countertop for the Butlers Pantry and turned an old bathroom into the room that contains the new spiral staircase to the Master Bedroom. His crew was awesome and worked very quickly and cleanly. The crew was always there when they said they would be. Added a ton of storage to this old house, Much appreciated!!

I reached to out to Johnnie and his team to re-do two walls and window framing in my basement. One of the walls was structural and the other has plumbing behind it for a wet bar to be installed.From our first meeting at the house to receiving the quote, I was already impressed. He was thorough, professional, and walked me through exactly what needed to be done and how he was going to do the job. His communication throughout made this an extremely smooth process. He is very detail-oriented, and exceeded every single one of my expectations for the job.The quality of work Johnnie and his team did is incredible. They are elite at what they do and it shows. They framed the walls, had the electrical redone, re-plumbed and insulated the piping, added insulation behind the walls, re-framedthe window, drywalled, and re-did the baseboards. Every single job was done perfectly, and he provided me with updates every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about how well this job went. Johnnie will be my first call for any future work I need done without hesitation.I’m the kind of person that really reads into reviews, and I’m picky when choosing who I want to work on my home. Johnnie is a great guy to deal with. He’s very responsive and has a good team. I never had to wonder about the job after he told me when they would start. He even kept in touch with me about a little job, while he was on vacation! This is unheard of when dealing with general contractors in my area. I also asked them to do a roof repair, and instead of doing a partial job, he was upfront and honest and told me what had to be done to fix it right. Give him a call for any of your needs!

I highly recommend Arkansas Construction and Remodeling. I called Johnnie right after my insurance adjuster came out to look at my roof and siding, and he came just a day or so later to give me an estimate, and within a week his crew was out here replacing my roof and siding. His crew was very friendly and did a great job cleaning everything up after they finished! Johnnie saw an issue with my original roof that wasn't necessarily done right when it was put on and he talked to my insurance company and managed to get them to approve him doing it the correct way. He also responded to my texts and calls in a timely manner. If you are looking for a trust worthy, contractor that will make sure he does what is best for you then contact Johnnie Oldham.

I had used this company for an addition to my house several years ago and was very pleased. We were happy to know that they were still doing what they are amazing at. Although the addition didn’t need updates, the original part of the house definitely did. This was the best remodeling experience one could possibly have! Our home was built in 1954 and has been completely gutted and beautifully updated. The crews that spent weeks transforming our home was some of the most pleasant, respectful, and on task crews. Great man and crew! It's all in the details. Had total shower tear out remodel, flooring, mural tile kitchen backsplash, wood trim work around fireplace and finished other contractor work when they didn't return.
