During a heavy rainstorm water started coming in around our fireplace. I looked online for contractors in my area that are certified by GAF. Tilman came out to inspect our roof the next day. He showed my husband how the roof around our chimney was soft from the water damage. There was also wind and hail damage in other areas. He recommended replacing the roof but would repair it if we decided on that. We decided to replace the roof. Tilman shared the different shingles that are available and which ones were the best for wind or hail and what would look good on our house. Wish I could give a 0 star review. I haven't personally worked with this company, but I can promise I would never hire them. I contacted this company twice. Once before we bought our house to find out the extent of the fire damage, and what this company fixed. They expressed that the damage wasn't very extensive at all, and they did $50,000 worth of restoration. Just boasting about the job they did. After purchase, and living in the home for about 6 months, we noticed the floor laminate separating. Contacted this company again to inquire as to why this might be happening. I found them very rude, and the only thing they could say was they were only there to fix the kitchen, not the foundation issues. Excuse me!? 1st, We were never informed by anyone there might be foundation issues, not even the inspector. 2nd your company replaced the flooring, and The only floor that seems to have an issue is where this company did their restoration, and only after a year of living here it feels as if the floor is going to collapse out from under you in the kitchen, and it's sagging from the weight of the refrigerator and stove. Take your money to someone else this company isn't trustworthy
