Overall it was good. I was a little frustrated by the mixed information. I wanted to take advantage of the complimentary cleaning and first oil change. I called in November 2023 and asked about the service. I was told just to show up. I clarified, is it by appointment. I was told no and I could just show up. Well, at the end of December I showed up. The Service tech explained that it might be longer because I should have scheduled an appointment. I explained to him the miscommunication. He apologized and said he would try to get it completed as soon as possible.

Went to have a rear view mirror replaced. They did the work quick and were very professional. Although, upon further inspection they broke a pair of clips on a piece of the interior trim and the neglected to inform me of the damage. Very unprofessional to not own up to there own mistakes

My experience started off great I thought, I was dealing with a young lady that got all of the necessary information. I was not hearing back from her, finally she told me there was an issue with the part, never heard back so I lost about a month. Next I get a call from Kenneth he was taking over so I had to start from scratch. After starting from scratch, started off good, claims were not being filed correctly so I had to make trips back to Ashdown. This was not my fault it was the person submitting the claim.Took car in to be fixed- not fixed,reported not fixed bring back, took back for the 2nd time did not fix it, reported not fixed, had to take back a 3rd time. 3 time finally let us keep your car and we will give you a loaner car. Went back the 3rd time some confusion on the loaner car, I stress my concern that gas is too high to keep making all these trips when I'm doing what I was asked to do. Then Jim I believe is his name manager decided to ago above to get me a car that had no gas. I was out done, All that you put me through unnecessary travel,etc and you give me a car with no gas. I finally got my car fix. Now do you understand why I feel the way that I do. I shouldn't have encountered this type of experience. Thanks for finally fixing my vehicle, no issues as of yet. F Jon and the team were great and very easy to work with. We had all the details worked out before I ever showed up at the dealership. The truck was full on fuel and cleaned before I test drove it. Paperwork was quick and easy. F Jon even spent time explaining all the details of the truck and moved all my subscriptions over from the old truck to the new one. Great dealership and team.

I've asked for the jack and spare tire. I haven't received it. They still haven't gotten my tags. My paper tags expire on the 17th. That's tomorrow. The buying experience was a plus. It was fast, easy, and they delivered it to my door. So I was pleased with that. There has been good and disappointing circumstances. Would I buy another vehicle from them? Yes. John Colby and Justin Deere are great. But I would like my tags please!

Friendly sales man. We bought a car in hot springs "Orr Toyota" and had problems getting answers from finance guy so went to ashdown. Finance guy pretty much told my wife oh well when she tried to cancel extended warranty. Ashdown got us the paperwork to fill out and sent it in for us.

Mac was absolutely INCREDIBLE!! He reached out to me promptly about the car we were interested in, as there are very few throughout the entire country, and my husband and I are from Colorado. He worked diligently with us to get us taken care of and went above and beyond to get us our vehicle. Bought a truck a year ago from Mac Irvin and chad andrews only to find some time later that there were 4 holes in the roof from where light bars were I guess from a previous owner. This was not disclosed to me in the purchase it was covered with white duct tape to hide! I contacted salesman and drove truck back to ashdown just to be told lie after lie about origin of truck I clearly remember where he said he had gotten from and not only was I told that they wouldn’t make good on it they offered me a 11k less than I paid for the truck a year again and only have put 9i miles on it! These people are liars, and conduct shady business so beware! 11k less not 1k

I recently purchased a Pre-Owned vehicle from here. When I originally went for a test drive I discovered it had a minor problem in the seat adjustments and the seat would not raise up. I was promised it would be taken care of. My saleswoman, Amber Davis, made sure to call me herself and let me know the part was in and got me an appointment. When I came in for it to be fixed I was put in a Beautiful rental. I was overall very satisfied with my services and highly recommend Amber, she made sure to give plenty of information about the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured into a buy, which was the best part!
