If you don’t hire him, you’re wasting your time elsewhere. I searched for a year before I pulled the trigger on having my wood floors sanded down. I’m somewhat handy and so I tried a small area and found out that you need someone who m ones what they are doing. Not only is Justin the expert on wood floors, he’s a very thorough and tedious worker. He showed up when he said he was going to be there for the initial consultation and he shot it to me straight. He took the time to actually walk around my house and truly inspect the floors and give me his honest opinion on what the plan should be. Im very detailed oriented and I see things most people don’t In regards to my floors. When it was all done His execution was beyond my expectations and can’t think him enough for the hard work he did. So…would I recommend YES! 10/10 and will refer him to anyone in the future looking for this service. Thanks Justin!The pictures are before and after. It doesn’t look like the same house.

Justin is an exceptional young man with loads of talent. I would trust no one else to do wood floors for me. He showed up when he said he would (unlike 95% of local businesses in this town) and performed a demanding and difficult task of matching my existing flooring to the new flooring (He had refinished the existing main flooring earlier this year. When it comes to sanding and refinishing he has no equal. He got the whole project done (3 rooms) under the timeframe we discussed and did a phenomenal job. This included laying down new oak flooring, sanding and staining.The bottom line is if you choose another craftsman to do your floors, you made a mistake, I told him he is my guy for life with all future projects. Justin did an amazing job on our flooring. He did the job quickly and efficiently. He was there every day on time. You can tell he has many years of experience and takes pride in his work. After buying a home and having different types of contractors in for updates, he was by far, the best part of the whole experience. I will recommend him to everyone I know for their flooring needs and will use him again in the future. You will not be disappointed if you use Pope flooring!

Justin came in at a moments notice to fix what Chris West with Flooring For Less did before bailing in the middle of the job.Pope’s Hardwood came in a matter of days whereas others had a waiting list of a month or longer. They made room in their schedule to fix what someone else messed up, because they care about the customer.Justin with Pope’s Hardwood Floors did an amazing job demoing, installing, sanding, and staining our new and existing hardwoods. Everything looks cohesive and was done in a timely manner. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is a good ‘ole southern Arkansas guy who won’t do you wrong.If you hire Justin with Pope’s Hardwood Flooring, you won’t be sorry! On the other hand, if you hire Chris West with Flooring For Less, you will be left high and dry! DON’T USE CHRIS WEST!!!

Let me tell you about these guys....we had an absolute debacle of a situation with our 1967 floors needing to be refinished for what we believe was the first time ever. These guys came in like the floor gurus; Justin Pope knows wood floors. He’s an expert. They assessed the job, really inspected what was going to be done, and spoke in depth in terms I could understand and really kept us in the loop with what was going on. They are complete professionals, showing up with a trailer full of their own equipment, tools, and supplies. They showed up every day, worked hard, and they got the job done in 4 days. This is THE company you want to do your floors. If they have a waitlist, just get on the waitlist. They’re worth the wait.
