CK Roofing is great! They are courteous and efficient. Maise Brady was extremely helpful before, during, and after the roof replacement. Her help with an insurance issue after the work was complete was extremely helpful to us and was a stress reliever just before Christmas. CK went above and beyond all the way. And, of course, the new roof looks great! Thank you very much and I will always be offering very positive comments about CK. I also enjoyed my visit with Kyle when he came to our house.

We highly recommend CK Solutions, however, communication could definitely be improved. Manuel and his crew definitely know their business and we appreciate their quality work on our metal roof, shed, and carport. The crew was always early and stayed late in very hot weather. They always cleaned up prior to leaving each evening. The owner, Kyle, and salesman, Steve, did not let us know when the crew was to arrive as stipulated, but at least we always plan ahead, even though we were surprised when the crew arrived. Kyle and Steve also "dropped the ball" communicating to us and our insurance company, but we stayed on top of documentation and follow up. Our top suggestion is to know the names of Paige, who completed our insurance claim so we were paid, and Katrina, in the office, who was able to make contact with Kyle when we had concerns.Service: Roof installation

Had to go back down on my 5 star initial review. This company is now trying to say I never paid them! I have proof of 2 checks cashed from my bank account with Kyle DeArmond's signature on both cashed checks. Just got a notice of intent to foreclose on my property from him saying I didn't pay. I am BEYOND upset.WAS TAKEN CARE OF AFTER RECEIVING THE BANK TRANSACTIONS AS REQUESTED?! Nice job taking the FULL responsibility for YOUR error! Oh absolutely I would recommend this company. I would give 10 out of 10 stars if I could. CK's team took a total of 2 days from sun up to sun down to tear off a horrible job and replace it on a 3200 sq ft home. They work fast, and arevery professional. I wouldn't go with anyone else in the area if ever my roof has troubles.
