The whole team was exceptional! Everyone I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with were very professional, and all around great people. Mikaela came for my initial consult. She was so sweet and explained what the process was going to be like moving forward. She was very informative. Connor came when I had my roof inspection done to make sure nothing was overlooked. They even helped communicate with my insurance company to get my claim approved faster, so they could get my new roof installed as soon as possible. My wife and I have purchased a home in Norfork, Arkansas and have been trying to get someone out to get an estimate for some roof repairs. It's not something that we need repaired this week, but something that needs to be fixed sometime in the next 12 months. I met, by chance, one of your company representatives on two occasions in public, explaining what I needed to get done, an both times I was blown off, citing "they had too much work because of storms" and I was told to look elsewhere.We really need the work done, and me being a disabled veteran, I can't physically do the work myself anymore, called your company (because you come so highly recommend) to maybe get someone out for an estimate for the repairs and set up something in a few months when you aren't so busy.This morning, I received a call from a man who was very excited about doing business with me... But that changed immediately when he realized who I was, and blew me off yet again, citing that "he was headed out the door to go to Harrison" and that "I should just hire a handyman."If this is the kind of service you have, I'm really surprised that you're still in business.

Hardline Roofing was the best roofing company we could have chosen. Our insurance & mortgage company put road block after road block for nearly 10 months. Hardline stayed on the case and kept me informed @ every turn. Constant contact!! After my mortgage company finally released funds, we had the material in our driveway and an awesome new roof with Architectural Shingles!! (My wife was surprised, extra win!) Hardline also told me the benefits of a ridge vent vs the twirly bird vents. I trusted them and it looks fantastic and will pay didvidends in the summer heat.
