I am in the process of the beginning stages of replacing my roof thus far and it has been incredibly stress free and smooth with Jeff Peterson. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to replace their roof.From day one, he has gone above and beyond to make sure he handles every step of the way and guide me throughout the process, thoroughly explaining what’s covered and answering all of my questions with the utmost patience and respect.He is incredibly knowledgeable with dealing with insurance companies and has assured me he and his company fight for what their customers are owed. They don’t give up even if denied at first; and inspect ALL aspects of not only roofing elements, but all the other structures covered such as gutters, garage doors, and fencing as well.I was approved immediately-Jeff inspects the property with great detail and takes ample pictures to show the insurance company as to what damages have occurred that need replacing.I am so glad I chose EZ Roofing-I will soon have a beautiful roof covering my home and know it will be installed with the best of quality and is backed by an amazing warranty.

I’m trying to save you a headache from EZ Roofing. First, they only have good reviews because they beg you to take down the bad ones and promise to make it right.When they approached us they laid out everything on a gold platter and we were really impressed by the promises. They were going to be on our sides and fight to get everything done til the end. Well they did our roof and we stopped hearing from them. The roofers damaged our gutters, our siding was not completed, we just had sub contractors randomly show up at our house weeks/months later. The dollar amounts kept increasing and they kept going after our insurance with supplements for different things. The subcontractors received complaints from other customers of EZ Roofing with the same concerns. The owner showed up at our house once to leave a siding sample in which we asked for him to let us know when he arrived and he just hid the sample on the side of our house, never knew he was there until a few days later. We have an outdoor storage building with a leak and the owner told us our insurance declined to fix it because the roof was not installed right from the manufacturer according to him, well our insurance told us today that EZ Roofing never even filed a claim.Please take my advice and find another roofing company. My husband is getting ready to retire from the Air Force and here we are dealing with this mess and trying to sell our house with our mismatched siding.If you still choose to go with them please watch very carefully!!

After our roof was identified having hail damage from a recent storm. EZ Roofing was recommended by a neighbor having replaced theirs.EZ Roofing rep Cameron McNulty verified the damage and explained the replacement process to us. He was on-site and interfaced with the adjuster when he did his inspection.The installation crew was courteous, professional and did a great job with cleanup.I highly recommend EZ Roofing and would use them again if needed.

Our roof was damaged by hail. EZ roofing identified the damage and did all the work. Within just a couple weeks the insurance was approved and the roof replaced. It took less than a day for them to remove the old roofing and replace it. They cleaned up the construction mess very well and were very easy to communicate with. We are happy with our experience.

Just got done talking to this very nice gentleman. Jose Ramirez. He was very knowledgeable about roofs and why my roof was looking a little rough and how easy it would be to fix it . We talked to my insurance company and helped me along the way. Knowing my roof was not the best and now that I can and will get a new roof for safety is the best thing I could ever have. If your looking for a new roof go to this guy.

TL:DR. They got the job done (except some siding damage still remaining from their crew), but left off some things they quoted, missed on communication, and I felt the owner was fairly disingenuous.Full situation: A door-to-door rep came to my home after a wind storm we got in early July (possibly late June), 2023, that gave us some damage. The sales rep was great --responsive, present (she came on sight several times throughout the process), clear in her communication.She sent me an email July 10th, 2023, outlining what we were going to do, bullet by bullet. All sounded great.First yellow flag: I was told I was going to get handed off to a PM and start working with this person. They never came on-site, they were slow to respond, and I'd have to nudge them via our sales rep to get traction.The crew came out as planned and did the work.Second yellow flag: The crew was unaware they were to do both my house *and* my workshop, which was clearly on the scope. Disconnect internally.Third yellow flag: The project manager assigned to me was terminated or left the company before my inspection could be complete, so the sales rep (to her credit) came out. I got up on my roof with her and we walked around a bit and talked. She clearly wasn't qualified to do an inspection, but I didn't make a big deal out of this to her of the owner.We noticed some damage to my siding under one of my second-level windows. No big deal, she documented it well and said it would be fixed.First lawn mow I did after getting my roof replaced, I picked up a nail in my mower tire. No big deal. It happens. I reached out to EZ Roofing, and got in touch with the owner. He offered to compensate me $75 dollars for the tire (the repair was $40), and would have a team out asap to run their magnet over the yard again.REG FLAG: The worker that came out was told about my mower tire and asked why it was so expensive to fix. After some back and forth, we realized that I had been charged $40 to fix it, the owner comped me $75, yet he deducted the worker pay something like $250. The worker was clearly devastated and baffled.It's not right that the owner would *make* (or save) money on that situation. Very disingenuous.Also in my conversation with the owner, we discussed some of the other items left on the scope. This is where he told me I was mis-quoted by a new employee (the sales rep) who is actually no longer there (Fourth yellow flag). But, he said he would honor what she quoted in her scope. He asked for some time to work with my insurance to see if he could get them to cover it, but if he couldn't, he'd take care of it. Totally fair.Months went by. We're talking about July 2023, to February 2024. Owner finally calls me and says he'll have a project manager reach out to me to coordinate getting the job wrapped up.Second red flag: No one calls me. A couple of weeks later, a crew just shows up unannounced in the middle of the day. I work from home, so it was fine, but someone dropped the ball.The crew does *some* of what we discussed, sort of. The remaining items were to install new gutters, and fix the siding that they damaged. They replaced half of my gutters (which the scope/quote said would be all of my gutters, and also be upgraded to a larger size, but weren't). They did not address the siding.Third red flag: I talked to one of the install guys on-site. They are contracted through EZ Roofing, so he was the owner of his own siding business just doing what the owner told him to do, and was very clear he was told to only replace what he did, and to not honor the upgraded size or replace the rest of the gutters by the owner.At this point, there is no doubt to me that what the owner will say on the phone vs. what he will do are not always aligned. He likes to put on his sales persona and tell you what you want to hear, but when push comes to shove, he'll cop out and blame it on insurance or his employees or contractors or whatever else.

My experience with EZ Roofing was terrible. To start off, I was contacted by Marcus asking when I would like to get started on the roof. I told him July 17 would work best. He told me that works for him. So the night before I’m supposed to get a new roof, I get a message saying we need to push it back one day so they will start on July 18th. The night before, I got another message saying we needed to push it back another day. So now the new start day is the 19th. I texted him the night before and asked when they planned on starting so I could have my driveway cleared. He responds, "They should be there around 10-11 sir! They will knock your roof out". They didn’t show up until 3pm. So they get started, and I’m thinking they must be really fast if they’re starting at 3pm and it’s going to get done today. It’s 9pm and they still aren’t done, mean while my dogs are inside, they need to go outside to use the bathroom, and there are nails everywhere in my yard. They knocked on my door at 9pm and said they would finish up tomorrow. They didn’t clean up the yard at all, so I had to pick up my German shepherds and walk through the nails to the back part of my property so they could use the bathroom for the night. The next day, they show up at 7am to finish the roof, which they get done at 3pm. When I get home from work, I see that they threw the old wind turbines on the other side of the fence into the trees and threw nails over the fence. They also put up the wrong color drip edge. When I picked the colors, I asked for the color that matched my fascia. They installed black I contacted Marcus and told him they put the wrong color on he said I ordered the right color the supplier must have messed up. A couple days later, he brings out another color, and they install it, and it’s still the wrong color. I contacted Marcus again and told him they had installed the wrong color again. He brings out another color, and it’s still wrong. He said, I guess we don’t have the color then. Why ask me for the color I want if you don’t have it? We just decided to go with black. In the process of changing the drip edge 3 times now my fascia has dents all the way around the house. I am still waiting for them to come clean up the trash they threw over the fence to this day august 15th. Just save yourself the headache and do not go with this company if you need a new roof. When I decided to pick this company, I looked at the reviews, and they had 4.9 stars, so I went with them. They are now sending me emails asking if I’ll leave them a 5 star review and they’ll send me a gift card so now I know why their reviews are so high. My experience with EZ ROOFING was not good…. It was AMAZING!! We were looking to get a roof replacement due to hail and wind damage. Erica performed our inspection and gave us an estimate. During that time she was very attentive and answered any questions that we had. Her communication was top notch and her joyful attitude was really soothing. The crew that did our roof replacement was on time, polite and extremely fast. They completed our roof in one day. When they were finished they did an excellent job at cleaning up. If not for the brand new roof on the house, you’d never even know they were there. Marcus, the project manager, was in constant contact with us during the whole process. He even responded to my text messages hours before or after his normal business hours and he was also very flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule our final walkthrough at the last minute. It is very rare to find a company where you are in contact with several individuals and every one of them are great communicators and go above and beyond with their customer service.(Choosing an employee of the month has to be difficult at EZ ROOFING, because they are all exceptional). Let's just start off saying....it's ez roofing, not their subcontractors. They gave many,many,many arrival times and never arrived, then just started showing up when they wanted. BRENT HALL was our rep and every single thing he said was a lie. And never panned out. BRENT HALL was performing the roof inspection after the roof was on and started making multiple racist jokes about how he asked for Mexicans not gautemalens to put the roof on. And how that was why stuff was messed up. I HAVE IT RECORDED. BRENT HALL also told us they would not honor the contract that had been signed because "it wasn't profitable enough after review" so now left to find another contractor to finish along with a lawyer.Well we gave them a shot to correct the issues. They came and attempted to do the interior ceiling. The crew that they sent left multiple lines and bumps in the ceiling finish. So much so that they appear through the popcorn that they sprayed. They broke the crown molding and replaced it with a totally different color piece. They recut the existing crown molding to fit because they were not able to figure out how to put the pieces back where they originally came from. Gaps between the crown molding and ceiling where they cut the drywall to short. And to top it off they left with no word and never returned.. Now they are sending messages wanting 18% added for "late payment". They want paid for a job that they could not under the most open and available circumstances finish.
