In 2023 we decided that our house was in need of new windows so we called Windows and More and one other company. We interviewed both companies and listened to their proposals. Our interview with Daryl, the representative had us believing that Window’s and More was the right choice. She appeared to be honest, no special frills, and we felt no pressure. The price was where we wanted it to be and the timeline was very reasonable. As we agreed on a package and the replacements started, we experienced some bumps in the road which required more than what we originally expected. Their team was ready to adapt and make perfect accommodations. We love our new windows and our new glass sliding door and are looking forward to enjoying them for many years to come. I had my roof installed back in February, this is my vacation home. My new roof was install over rotted decking board and it took several calls and follow ups from me to get this corrected not to mention the horrible job they did around the chimney with an opening on one side of the chimney where you can clearly see water was getting through. I kept getting the round around every-time. The only person that was ever helpful was Adam. He was able to correct most of the mistakes and finally everything was some how corrected. I’m not totally satisfied with the repairs, cosmetically it is obvious there were repairs but at least there is no water coming through. I was planning to use this company to do my siding, I even pick a siding product but with everything that happened we’ll not be using this company to do my siding. Lost all the trustIn this company. I thought that since this was a family own business I was going to get better service I was wrong.

We used Windows and More for a repairs and replacement for storm damage. They replaced our roof and vinyl siding and did an amazing job so we decided to replace our windows as well. The company is courteous and very knowledgeable, the work they performed was perfect. Their secret weapon is Daryl, she is what makes this company great! She took the time to explain what our options were and everything taking place through the entire process. She basically holds your hand and makes sure everything is perfect. POOR COMMUNICATIONS--SALES 0 STARS; INSTALLATION 5 STARS. OVERALL 2 STARS.On 22 Aug 22, I reached out to Windows and More for an estimate on gutter replacement due to wind damage. Appointment was set for the 23rd and I was pleased for the promptness.VP Sales #1 (her title--#1--my designation) arrived on time and we proceeded to assess the needs and way ahead. I was a bit unsure of the technical qualifications as she seemed unsure of the task at hand and not very confident.On the 24th I met with VP Sales #1 and the Sales Mgr (?) to finalize the contract. My insurance claim did not cover a portion of the damage so a supplemental claim was to be submitted. The estimated timeline was 8 weeks which was fine. On or about 20 Sep 22, I reached out to VP Sales #1 to check on the progress of the supplemental submission..."All good- and it was here job to keep me informed." In early Oct, I contacted my insurance company, no supplemental had been received. Visited office and was assured it was; but, I asked to see what was sent...discovered incorrect email address.I sent supplement to insurance company--rejected two days later due to insufficient documentation. Sales Mgr said he'd send another rep out for better pictures. VP Sales #2 arrived next day and seemed a bit more confident/competent. He informed me he'd be in touch...never heard from him again. Week of 24 Oct, I visited office again...revised supplemental to be submitted by 31 Oct. Contacted insurance company on 4 Nov, no new supplemental received, I forwarded the "revised supplemental"...rejected again week of 7 Nov. Note, I'm the one following up with both Windows and More and the insurance company. Visited office again, strongly expressed my desire to proceed with the work, forget the supplement and let's move forward and wrap this relationship up. Note, I did defer other gutter work on another structure in order to complete the work on my primary residence. Install Tech was super /5 star and very helpful on how to proceed. Work was scheduled and completed on 21 Nov and payment was made shortly thereafter. BOTTOM LINE, COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMER CAME UP SHORT. I HAVE 17 WINDOWS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE/REPLACE BUT WILL LOOK ELSEWHERE BASED ON THIS EXPERIENCE.

I just wanted to say thank you to Joel and the team at Windows and More. We recently had our roof replaced in January 2020 and had a fantastic experience! Joel was our representative. He met with the insurance company, he was punctual with his appointments, and he helped streamline the process. For us it was as simple as signing our name. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to get a roof replaced or any other exterior feature on their home. We will be sure to use them in the future for our windows and exterior doors!

Adam, our salesman, was very professional and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. We had a new roof, windows, siding, & gutters installed on our home. He made several visits while all the work was being done & a final inspection once completed. Roofing crew was great. There were some timing issues & a couple details that didn't go the way we wanted with windows & siding, but overall we're very satisfied with the job.

Very reasonable price compared to other companies we got estimates from. Jim our salesman who was very friendly came out and showed us the windows without hassling s to buy. We had a new roof and windows installed in late spring. We were amazed at the difference in how cool our house was this summer. A/C didn't work nearly as hard to keep us cool and our electric bill was lower this. Can't wait to see what happens this winter with our heating bill. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice. We began to think of Bob as family. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and workmanship.

Windows and More installed new windows for me and put on a new roof when I needed one. I have just engaged them to add some gutters to portions of my home that do not have them. I am a repeat customer because they are prompt and professional and do excellent work for a reasonable price. If I have questions or issues, they are quickly and fully resolved. I appreciate their work ethic and integrity.The new gutters have been added and they fit beautifully with the ones that have been there for years. Windows and More did an excellent job. We had roof and some siding damage from a tree. They came out promptly to do an estimate and identified some additional issues that we had. They then coordinated with our insurance and came back out with our insurance adjuster to work out all of the details. The work performed was timely and excellent, we had one small issue and they came back out and fixed it as soon as they were notified. I would do additional business with them and would refer them to my neighbors and friends.

I called a couple of windows and doors companies and all of them with the exception of Windows and More took my name number to have a rep call back. Windows and More immediately scheduled an appointment for a sales rep to come to my house to give me a quote on replacing a very old sliding glass patio door. Adam was a few minutes late and called to let me know. Little did he know a rep from another company had stood me up the day before so a phone call to let me know he was going to be a little late was very welcomed. Adam was very personable and knew his stuff. Adam listened and offered his advice but never once did I feel pressured. I ended up purchasing French Doors instead of a sliding glass door. Installation day came and it was determined the wrong size doors were ordered (something that really couldn’t be seen until the old sliding glass door and security doors were removed). The install guy (who was fantastic) temporarily installed a new sliding glass door until my replacement doors came in. It took several weeks but in the end, I love my new French Doors and I thank Adam for helping me to see beyond what I thought I wanted. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

I met Adam when he came to evaluate some Windows that needed replacement. He was very professional and definitely knew what was needed. The Windows were ordered, installed and now I have beautiful windows. Adam came and reviewed the results. The installers were prompt and completed the job with no problems and even swept up after. Adam is a great guy working for Windows and More. Adam is very thoughtful and communicates well with the dates and times, that he would come to the house to inspect the roof. He took pictures of the roof and chimney and explained to me what might be happening and what maintenance needed to be done to fix the problem. The roof supplies were brought to the house and covered from the weather and when the workers were going to start Adam would call the day prior and let me know what time to expect the crew. It took half a day on the project and it looks great, hopefully no more leaks in the roof.Thanks for your hard work

I recently had Windows and More, LLC replace the roof on my house due to hail damage. Joel, the rep that came to my house, was very knowledgable about working with the insurance companies and was able to help walk us through the process with ease. He explained the process in plain english, without using a lot of roofing jargon that may have gotten lost in translation.Once the crew showed up they got to work almost immediately. I have a fairly steep roof on a 2300 sq/ft house and this crew finished in one day. They were very professional and did everything in their power to move items out of the way and cover what couldn't me moved. They cleaned up very well after they finished.I highly recommend Windows and More, LLC. Top notch people.

Before you have any work done with this company, do your home work. You are more than welcome to come and see the shoddy work they did for us on our house. They erected a patio cover. The panels were sratched and dented and one panel even got cut in half that wasn't even suppose to cut. The columns are out of plumb by more than 1 inch and the top leaks when it rains where it is connected to the house. As I said, feel free to come by and see for yourself. 2 years in a Row and still kickin butt!!In 2017 Adam came to our house to help us figure out options for a new roof. He was incredibly patient with all our questions. The workers were super polite and fast like ninjas. A couple of months later we had a leak. I called Adam about it and he came right over, immediately with tools and replacement shingles to see what was wrong. It turned out not to be roof related at all but condensation from our AC. 2017 was a great year for us thanks to Windows & More.Our 2018 tax refund comes around and Adam is back, patient as ever with all our concerns, questions, and general ignorance about updating our home. He walked us through all our options and gave us a deal several thousand dollars less than the estimate given by one of the big box companies. I only shopped around because I promised my mom I would do so.This year it wasn't a team of guys but one man changing out all our windows. He was efficient, polite, and we are over the moon with our new windows and storm door.We can't be more thankful for deciding on Windows and more taking care of our home and we'll certainly be back for another big improvement. calling them again. Sadly, our experience with Windows and More was not a good one. We chose this company after careful research and reading reviews, and based on what we read, thought this was going to be an excellent experience. They were considerably more expensive than the three next highest quotes down, but we decided it would be worth the extra money for the peace of mind that comes with using a reputable company. It wasn’t. From start to finish, the experience was stressful, frustrating, and unbelievably time consuming. We had quotes done early on in the year, and the job was supposed to be entirely completed by the beginning of June, at the latest. By the end of June, they hadn’t even started, despite taking a payment of the first half of the contracted amount nearly two months earlier (over $4000). We had to keep calling and chasing them down, and it took several attempts every time to actually reach someone - each time receiving the same reply about how the supplies were being ordered, they were backlogged because of weather, etc. When I finally threatened to cancel the job and get my money back, they finally admitted that someone had dropped the ball and the windows and supplies had not even been ordered yet and would be another month of waiting. The workers they sent out to knock out the wall were not very nice, and did fair work, but not stellar, and I had to argue with them and get their supervisor onto it just to get them to do the job agreed. There were issues from the start, some of which were never fixed. The wrong size window was ordered, when one got there, it had a crack in it and had to be reordered, the screen had a large hole in it, which one of the workers created by accident but then they had to reorder that. The guy who was supposed to paint (they sent someone in his 80s, and while the guy was sweet, he didn’t do a great job), quoted one price but then changed it mid-job, and ended up getting paint on our new siding and didn’t remove it. We had to keep chasing them up to remove the debris and clean up, which was part of the agreed price, etc. When we called about when the reordered window would ever arrive, and never heard back, we chased them down numerous times before being told that the guy in charge of our project had been let go/had quit, depending on who was telling the story. The windows are just ok in operation. We were told they were the best, but they don’t even close and open easily or well. When we shut the bottom one, it pulls the top one slightly open. They do block the heat pretty well and we noticed an immediate difference in the temperature of the room, but this entire project was not worth the money spent (over $8000), and we would never hire this company again for future window or siding needs. We were very disappointed at the poor communication and lengthy process, and in the end could have had the same job done for a few thousand less and had it done by the beginning of June.
