Summary: Would recommend and I would use them again. The result looks great, and Deeter is great to work with.The result looks great. 2.5 upstairs bathrooms fully renovated. The bathrooms were completely gutted and renovated to our specifications. We received custom cabinets and mirrors, fully tiled showers and floors, all new plumbing fixtures, shower heads were raised to 7’, plugs and switches were replaced and relocated, new lighting and vents, a shower/tub unit was replaced with a new tub, wall-papered walls were stripped, repaired, retextured and repainted. The look is very clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, and consistently took care of the things we pointed out that needed attention. Occasionally they would walk us through the decision making we’d have to make when we didn’t know the right answer. They cleaned up after themselves, and only left some plastic on the stairs for extended periods of time. Only a few groups were brought in that weren’t part of the crew (plumbers, designer).This was our first major renovation, so we learned in real-time that there were questions we would be answering that we didn’t have the answers to. Some of these things we presumed that the designer would already have the answer to (such as the color of the trim paint, wall paint, cabinet stain color). So we generally had to stay on top of what was happening, but it was a great learning experience. Also, there were some delays, some caused by having to make corrections or changes, some due to delays in getting ordered parts, some due to me approving the wrong parts, etc. With a bit more organization and communication I think these could have all been avoided.Note: In the middle of this project we kicked off another project with Deeter to repaint other parts of the house and repair walls and plumbing in another bathroom. They were quick to pivot and start that work while the existing work was still being done.Cost: Reasonable rate, end up on budget. Paid in three draws, with the final payment due when all work was done. Had to pay for all supplies (faucets, tubs, toilets, etc) outside of this construction cost.UPDATE: With settling of the tub, a few grout lines cracked. Called Deeter up and they came out and repaired the grout. Also one of the tub faucets leaked. They also took care of the repairs for this.

Deeter has a good team and kept me well informed during the construction period on my new 900 square foot shop/garage. The crews they sent out worked very hard. There were occasional communication issues but they were typically resolved timely. If I was having more work done around my house, they would be the first company I called. Actually, I'm hoping they will help us with a kitchen remodel very soon.

Deeter Construction was recommended to me by a family member. I wanted to have my kitchen and living room fireplace remodeled to give me a more open concept. I worked with a designer to get a specific layout and design elements that would fit with the rest of the house. Deeter Construction took that design and gave me an estimate of work within my budget. They completed the project in a timely manner and at the price agreed to in the estimate. The project manager Geoffray Grande was great to work with. He kept me informed daily on what work was going to be done. When a few issues came up, he communicated immediately and was able to come to a quick resolution. Love my new open concept living room and kitchen.

After having worked with Andrew Deeter and his team at Deeter Construction, I feel they are one of the best-kept secrets in the Northwest Arkansas construction industry. I served as the program manager/owner's representative for a project to convert a doctor's office into a modern, attractive space for an IT company. After doing my on-line research we selected Deeter to customize a few features in our new construction home. They were fantastic! We started with one project and ultimately ended up giving them a few more. They built us a custom bar, created a beautiful millwork wall in my 18' dining room, as well as provided beautiful millwork and wallpaper in the powder room. During all of this we were under construction with a new pool and have now made the decision to move forward with Deeter to build our outdoor gazebo with attached bathroom. Deeter’s team did an amazing job restoring a large portion of our house after a water leak. They new hardwood floors look amazing and perfectly tie into the rest of the existing flooring in our house. The crew was very professional and paid attention to the details. I had them restore my bathroom after some water damage. They were extremely professional and made sure I was happy after each step of the process. They also were very careful to keep the construction debris from getting out of the bathroom, including putting up a plastic barrier in the doorway to keep dust and overspray in the work area. Also, the price was very reasonable.I would highly recommend them to anyone.
