I recently contacted Nortons Roofing for an estimate to repair hail damage. Nortons handled everything quickly from quotes to the adjuster meeting. The team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and diligently to ensure that the job was done right the first time. Their work was top-notch and they used high-quality materials to ensure that my roof will last for years to come. The price was also very reasonable compared to other roofing companies in the area. After having another roofing company leave us hanging, along came Blake. He assured us he would take great care of us and he delivered. He was responsive and trustworthy. The team of roofers did a truly fantastic job and were so efficient. Their clean up was immaculate. You wouldn’t have even known they had been there. It’s been a challenging year trying to get our roof replaced due to hail damage. Our first roofer was unable to get the insurance company to approve the replacement. Norton’s roofing has replaced the majority of the roofs on my street and many in the neighborhood as well. Jeff came by one day and asked if I minded if he checked our roof. I told him that he seemed to know what he was doing since all the other roofs were getting replaced so go ahead! It was quickly approved and quickly replaced. It was done in a little over a day (with a late start the first day). The gutters were also replaced before the end of the second day. The longest part of the process has been with the insurance company. I’d recommend Norton’s roofing to all my friends. It looks fantastic. Thanks Jeff!

The best roofing company in Arkansas! I had no idea my roof was completely falling apart until they came by and did a FREE inspection!!! The entire process was so easy, Blake was so accommodating to my needs and helped me through the entire process!! He helped me file a claim and get my roof approved!! If you need a new roof I would recommend going to Norton’s! now my roof looks beautiful!

I met one of their salesmen Blake after he knocked on my house door, we got to talking and I ended up having him inspect my house as well as four rental properties I own. They were able to work with my insurance company, and now I have 4 new roofs and increased property value. These guys are the best in NWA. Would recommend that you at least let them perform a free roof report.

Jeff was very attentive and personable to our needs/wants for the roof and gutter replacement after a big hail storm. They did a free inspection and walked us through the whole process, which was nice because we had never had to deal with a claim this big.
