Russ built my pad for my house and he will also be doing my septic tank. He does great work and came in under budget! They guys who poured my concrete said it was one of the best pads they had seen. He really knows what he’s doing and I would recommend him to anyone needing land clearing, pad work, septic work and he can probably do other land management. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

Russ really takes his time and thinks about every move he makes. He is personable and dependable. He wants it right and truly cares about your family and your safety for that matter. He did an EXCELLENT job when we needed him to land clear trees, prep and shape our private road, create a NEW culvert so we could drive over our creek, dug trenches for our electrical and well piping, laying rock and gravel around our home and ALSO an incredible SEPTIC system as the cherry on top. The list goes on! There isn't anything he can't do or humbly figure out. We really APPRECIATED the MANY works Arrow Dirt Works did for our family! I would recommend this company to anyone!

Russ got us through the process of permitting and installing a new septic system. We had no idea where to start and he got us hooked up with Jeff to get our septic designed and permitted. He was professional, fast and reasonably priced. We will be hiring him for future jobs for us and our family.

My husband and I had tried to find someone reliable to come to our rural land to prepare a site to withstand erosion, meet specs for a builder, and to wrangle the difficulties involving the slope where we wanted the build. At the outset several potential contractors for the task failed our integrity criteria. We were impressed by Russ's honesty and reliability and when the job was finished we had every reason not only to be pleased with the work but the experience as it progressed to completion. We needed a completely new septic system for our farmhouse restoration project (land clearing, grading, tank install, distribution box, piping, leach field & gravel). Russ provided design input, calculated all measurements and implemented the layout. He is well-versed on State regulations and coordinated inspections with the folks at ARDEQ. He sourced all the materials and presented a competitive bid. Russ is honest, prompt, professional, a great problem solver, well organized and leads a mighty team of two. I would happily recommend Arrow Dirt Works. They went out of their way to communicate with us when we were not at the property site which was very reassuring and helpful since we could not be there. They did an excellent job at a great price and were quick to get the work completed for us even coming out in the rain and on a holiday to assure we got things done timely and were happy with their work.
