Everyone from AMP electric was excellent from start to finish. Angie in the office was prompt and helpful setting up a day for Isaac to come out and give us a quote on our Tesla EVSE installation. She even followed up with me the day before the appointment and let me know he was going to be a couple hours later than scheduled. I appreciated that rather than expecting him at one time and wonder if they blew me off. Our install was the next morning with Josh and Cade. Both arrived on time even a few minutes early. Job was done in timely fashion and very friendly courteous gentlemen. Had to coordinate a last minute wiring type change and everyone involved handled it like a champ with no problems. AMP electric definitely deserves all the accolades they've won for being recognized as the best in the area.

We had work done for our kitchen remodel (moving outlets/switches, adding sconce boxes and moving canned lights).. when you work so hard to plan and prepare for every detail, it’s definitely frustrating when that’s not carried over into the work done by the professionals you choose. Maybe not every home owners cares about the small things, but the pictures definitely shows how attentive they were to the little things. We also now have an outlet that doesn’t work, which was not an issue prior to having them out. We spent nearly a grand to have this work done feels frustrating when we will have to fix some things before we can really enjoy our space. My experience with AMP electric was awesome. From the quick estimate to installation, I was extremely happy with the service. Highly recommend AMP Electric for installing a new 240v circuit for EV charging. Very reasonable cost from a friendly company. I had a friend in Fayetteville who had the exact same need and the company he worked with charged 50% more and pressured him for numerous unnecessary electrical upgrades.

They were contracted by my solar company. They ripped out my fence pole to my gate about 5-6 months ago and never sent anyone out to fix it. I needed to to flip a breaker a couple weeks ago and when I went to do that they had thrown a very large piece of conduit INSIDE my bush damaging the entire backside of it. I would only recommended this company to do small things. They take a their sweet time, block your vehicles in your driveway without asking if its okay when there is an entire street to park in.

Hired these guys in November '22 to install a generator hookup at my meter. It didn't work after I tested it, the 2nd electrician from AMP who came out was great and unhooked it because he said it was dangerous. On the third visit to reinstall, the county was called to disconnect the meter and advised that they wouldn't allow it to be hooked up to the panel as AMP had proposed. I was told that they would send a check the next week to refund my money. It's now June and I haven't received any money back and no response after 4 messages. Rich and Jeremy did a great job on my project. They installed 8 recessed lights, 2 light fixtures, 3 ceiling outlets, and switched out some plugs and switches.My house has some electrical quirks and some genius decided it was a good idea to insulate the attic with styrofoam beads. Like the kind you find in a bean bag chair. It makes doing any work in the attic an absolute nightmare and creates a huge mess. If they can handle my job, they can handle yours.They finished everything in a day.and their work is solid! We had an electrical issue that made 5 of our outlets stop working. After asking around, we were surprised that everyone we knew recommended the same company: Amp Electrical Services. O’Brian came out, was extremely kind, honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had no problem explaining what he was doing and answered any questions I had. When it was all said and done, the pricing was way less expensive than what other companies would have charged us for, and I’m sure we got better service. We’ll absolutely be calling these guys every time we have any other needs, and we will be recommending them to all friends and family!

I went to the Amp electric services office and set an appointment. A man in an Amp electric truck came to my house and looked at the job and said he would email the estimate. 2 1/2 weeks later I called because of no contact and was told by the receptionist in the office someone would call me right back. I guess they are too busy for customers right now. I would try another company, I'm going too.

We needed repair on both our electric and generator box after we had major dig work done on that side of our house. Amp returned our call immediately, with all the rain they had to changed our appointment from yesterday to this morning, which was not a problem. Bill showed up exactly on time with a Carol Electric employee, it turned out to be an easy repair and the cost was more than reasonable. Bill's very personable and even did a honey do for me! Next time I need electrical work I will be calling Amp and I will recommend this company to my friends.

I was extremely pleased with the work AMP Electrical did in our home a few weeks ago. We changed out 4 light fixtures in our kitchen that needed some work I couldn't do myself due to some bad work done by our builder. They were fast, professional, and affordable and fixed the issues. Had done tons of business but got called today, the day a tech was coming out that I had an unpaid invoice and they couldn't come today because if it. Because of this phone interaction I will not be using them again. She didnt explain why I hadnt recieved this invoice. Wall outlet issue. Called AMP and electrician was able to make visit same day due to appointment cancellation. Electrician was very courteous, professional, informative and quickly diagnosed issue and ensured opportunity was resolved before leaving. Charges were very reasonable. Will utilize again and highly recommend.

Best electrician in NWA... maybe even the whole world if I traveled that much! Amp came out to my office and did a job for us. We couldn’t move our patients around since this time of year is so busy already but they worked great, didn’t complain about how busy it was and still got the job finished fast without interfering with our regular work day. Just finished an afternoon of landscaping recovery where AMP had to come in and resolve unknown failures from a previous electrician from another business. AMP's engagement, proactive problem solving, competence, and creativity was so far beyond my expectations I can't put it into words. They were also cheaper than the alternative. Cannot recommend them enough.

I contacted AMP online to get an estimate for a transfer switch installation for my portable generator (this was in October 2015), and after trading a couple of phone calls, we set up a date and time to meet. I left work early to be home to meet the electrician, and he was late. Not that big a deal, life happens. I'd done some research on what the hardware and installation should cost, so I had a general idea of the ballpark he should be in with his estimate.The electrician seemed very knowledgable as to what he was talking about, and we discussed different options and his past experiences as to what could be run off different sizes of portable generators. So I was a bit surprised when I asked about the hardware cost, and the response was "whatever Home Depot is selling them for." After that, he told me he'd check on the price of the hardware and give me a call back on total installation cost.Two months later, and I've still not heard back from AMP.With that said, I've found an installer that gave me a fair price on the installation and actually encouraged me to look at pricing for a couple of different transfer swtiches and panels, and told me to buy it wherever I could get the best price. I'll post a review of his service/installation once completed.Perhaps AMP just didn't want to do the installation, though I'm not sure why - it was a pretty simple installation (panel is in the garage, could hook up right by it and be done. Whether that was the case or not, it's pretty bad service to never follow up, and I'm not desperate enough to chase anyone to let me do business with them.

I spent 24 hours(!) just to set up an appointment with the company. The calls were forwarded to an electrician who couldn’t help me with that. He even took my info and left it in the office but nobody called me back.When I finally got my appointment they cancelled it 30 minutes before the appointment. The office lady was trying to convince me that the roads too icy for the company even Bentonville schools are closed... the thing is the schools are open and the kids are at schools.Maybe the company has good professional employees but the client service is so poor that I don’t want to use this company anymore.
