I can not begin to tell you, how appreciative I am for Jeff and his team. Our house got flooded, due to a burst pipe. We never went through anything like this, ever! We took the advise of another and hired a different company to do the mitigation. I will not get into details, of the dishonest and disservice this other company caused us, but rather how NWA restore it, corrected the situation for us. Jeff and his PROFESSIONAL team, immediately recognized the problems that needed to be addressed, came up with a plan of action, and immediately went to work. Jeff (Owner) along with a supervisor, were out at our house daily, checking the moisture levels, repositioning equipment, all in order to get the atmospheric conditions right, so our home could dry properly. Once the conditions were set, it took NWA Restore it 6 days, to completely dry our home, vs the other company which took over a month and our home was still wet. I can not thank Jeff and his team with NWA Restore it enough, your company and your team saved our home/investment. You have a client for life!!

I had pretty extensive water damage. The leak also caused a lot of black mold. The bathroom, kitchen, two bedrooms and the garage were all damaged. The work that NWA Restore It was high quality. Its hard to to explain how excellent the work was. They dried out all of the wood that was still wet. They had a crew that came in and removed all of the mold (it took a few days). I was surprised at how high quality their work was. For example, rather than just repairing the garage roof, they made it look better than it has looked in years. All of my expectations were exceeded. All of the people that I dealt with were professional and pleasant -- even when it was me changing my mind. The little things matter. One example is we wanted a specific shower head. They were able to find the exact one that we wanted. To sum it up, they made it look like it was a brand new house. I have some additional work that needs to be done that Im not ready for, but NWA Restore It will be the place that will fix it. In the future they will be my first call.

Had our floors replaced by them but the LVP flooring was faulty and was damaged easily. The manufacturers wouldn’t honor the lifetime warranty so NWA Restore it replaced the floor at no cost to us. They took really good care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with everything. I’d recommend them to anyone!

This place is awesome! After our water heater busted and flooded the place, we managed to put on our waders and call for help. They came out with an extractor, several fans and dehumidifiers to dry the place up. Fortunately it wasn’t flooded enough to go fishing. After baking until we were well done, as it was hot as hell, we had our place dried. After we were finished and worried about the cost, it turned out that our landlord paid for it! Hurray! I’ve now worked with NWA Restore It twice. This most recent time was superb. Beau was our project manager and he was always responsive, and willing to include our needs in the timeline. I think on of my favorite things he had done was a very thorough walk through review of the work his company did to include a follow up text a week later. He wanted to ensure they delivered on their high quality expectations. There maybe 5 or so people who worked on our house. Jose and Endi need special mention. They should up every day on time and extremely happy. Our insurance company led me NWA Restore. From the damage caused by a storm in August, 2019 until now I have found that this company will not work with me as a consumer. After the original estimate, I received no communications from the company until March 2020 when the final bill was 138% more than the estimate. I have been trying to get the company to explain this increase, without response. The work was for the most part good and their response was good, but without communications about the cost or response to my requests, this is much less than I expected. I would not hire this company again without a lawyer by my side.

We had them replace 2 windows that were leaking. Everyone we have dealt with has been pretty nice...Our only issue is they started the job in Dec 28, 2015 and finished July 17, 2016. Supposedly our job just fell through the cracks. We were told at one point our windows were ordered only to find out that they weren't ordered and when they did finally order them they were on backorder. After they finished and we signed off on the work, we had one of the windows leak the very next rain but they came out and fixed the issue.Update: April 6, 2017 During a heavy ran one of the replaced windows has leaked again, so they are technically not finished. They are offering to come out and fix the issue and include it under their warranty on the window work since it is something that should have been addressed last time. Will update rating depending on work done.Update: April 19, 2022 - should have written this sooner. They came out and finally fixed what should have been repaired the first time in Summer 2017. So it took them 2 years to fix what they were hired to fix and that is mostly because they refused to listen when we tried to tell them it was a roof issue and not a window issue. Once they repaired the roof replaced 2 windows the leak seems to be fixed. Nearly 5 years later we have not had any other issues regarding the work they did. If we hadn't "fallen through the cracks", and they had repaired what was causing the issue the first time around, I wouldn't have any complaint with them. Oh, and we also had to go through the invoice item by item and have them remove things they didn't do that they tried to say they did.

Very nice people but that is where it ends. Painters broke my storm door and left paint all over my kitchen sink and cement outside. The person who started our project left the company and no one contacted me. The project did not pick up until after i called them wondering why there was such a long delay. They tried to charge me for things they did not do. Because they did not bother to give me an estimate for another large job we are currently on we have gone to other providers to get estimates. We will never use them again and will advise State Farm of our issues.

If you are looking for a business that is honest and trustworthy then this is not the business for you. Granted yes the work that was done was done well, but when it came down to going through the estimate invoice large charges that were not completed were still charged. I dunno maybe I'm crazy but you should only charge your customers for the product and services that were complete. That is what makes you a good business when you put your customers first. Even when brought up it was such a struggle to get the charges corrected. I urge everyone to read line by line and make sure you are paying for what you received.
