Garrett Haynes his company Ozark Mountain Roofing — came through in a HUGE WAY! This was 3 days before Christmas & it was Cold outside! The job I needed done was horrible on an old house & in reality the roof just needed to be replaced. I told Garrett the situation & told him not to tell me it needs a new roof when he went out there. He went out, called we discussed what needed to be done the time frame was perfect & the price was outstanding!!! They fixed the leak perfectly & I couldn’t be happier!

I hired Ozark mountain to remove all my low profile roof vents and replace them with 3 14 inch turbans. I also needed several other items repaired/fixed. Garrett worked went to bat for us with our insurance company meeting with the third party inspector multiple times to document damage in our roof resulting in a full replacement. I called this company because I saw some billboards, I think the office is near my house. I had a roof issue, but they assisted me in getting a complete replacement due to shingles having hail damage. Luckily the insurance covered that. For installation day, a big crew showed up and was done in a day, I couldn't believe it. And they left virtually no trace after they were done. Plus the gutters turned out amazing, all thanks to the expertise of Garrett for recognizing the issue. I highly recommend. If you do go the same route as me, just be patient as insurance checks take a while to show up.
