We spoke with Valiant Homes three years ago about an addition to our house. After speaking with several other contractors, and experiencing some of their work, this is the first we felt were professional. They gave us a an in-depth look at the logistics of our project, and, even when we said we would have to wait three years, they said they would give us a call at that time. Impressively enough, three years later, we received that phone call.If you are looking for professional contractor help, these are the guys to go with.

Valiant themselves and their team were good. I would give them 4 stars for getting the job done quickly and itlooked good (their part) . however the subcontractors we not (2 stars) , the brick work was sloppy, they laid the brick that was crooked and the joints were very uneven I would not use them again. If it was just Jake and his crew they were very good and looks great. Valiant did make sure the brick layers came and fixed the job so they get points for that definitely. But it took 2 trips out before it was fixed. Overall the job got done but I wasn't thrilled about the subcontractors.Services: Exterior structural repairs, Interior structural repairs, Drywall repair

When we had our house built, Covid got in the way, so the sunroom/porch I had hoped for was not added. After a few months we contacted Valiant to put on the addition. We are so happy with Valiant that we are considering having them put an addition on our garage. Their professionalism was outstanding from the beginning. In fact they were the only contractor at the time who returned calls.The new room not only turned out beautiful, there is absolutely no evidence from the outside that it is not part of the original build. We sought the service of Valiant Home additions for a project in our bonus room. We sought a 3/4 bath addition to our bonus room. We began the process in September 2021 and followed their process of uploading a video so they could better understand our desire. We followed up with a phone consultation to discuss the project. Over the phone, we have informed the typical cost for a bath addition could be around $20-30K depending on fixtures and finishes. Moreover, it could be a little higher if they come across any plumbing issues. We opted to move forward with a formal in-person consult which required a $500.00 deposit. The deposit would be applied to any work. If we chose not to move forward then we would be provided with detailed drawings of the project for future use. James came out to our home in late October 2021 and were were somewhat surprised as the lack of planning. We provided a tour of the bonus room, adjacent attic with plumbing, etc. He did not have any rough plans, etc. for us to see. Moreover, after his site visit, he said the cost was going to be between $50-60K which was nearly double his original cost range. We decided not to move forward and have been waiting on the detailed drawings for over three months. We contacted them via text on multiple occasions and they always provide an excuse to not send them over. I would not consider working with this company if this is their process for completing projects. So, for $500 we got an in-person consult with nothing in return.
