I had a little mold on the drywall next to the bottom of my front door. They partitioned off the foyer with plastic, removed the trim, drywall and insulation. They found that some hot, humid air was getting into the wall and creating condensation because we keep it very cool in the house. They ran the dehumidifiers for 3 days until everything was completely dry. Very professional the whole time—no complaints up to this point. The bill for this (which is the simplest mitigation project they’ve probably ever encountered) was $2400! That was just for the mitigation. For the repair… to caulk the narrow space, replace the insulation, drywall and trim, they quoted me over $3000! I’m having it done by a handyman for $250. Their work was great, but you will pay a huge price for it.

911 Restoration was a God send! Christmas Eve 22 three pipes burst in my house, one call to them and in a few hours they had someone out to see what would be needed to get my house dry and mold free. THE NEXT DAY they arrived with tons of fans and started on demo! These guys were amazing! They walked me through each part of the process and had no problems answering any questions I had ( sorry for asking what every part of your equipment was, but thanks for explaining 😊). They even helped me with my insurance company! Best group of guys you could ask for! When I wanted to blow things out of proportion they fully explained why what I was asking for was not necessary (and I'll admit crazy) and would be a waist of my money. A friend referred me to 911 Restoration of Central Arkansas following Hurricane Ian in Naples FL. 911 Restoration had some crews in the Naples area helping with clean-up following the storm. I was blown away by their rapid response to come and survey the work needed and arranging for a crew to come in and start work within a day of my contacting them. Their personnel were helpful, kind and a real pleasure to have on site getting the water damaged floors removed. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their work ethics. In today's environment, this company really stands out above all others with their can do approach. I would hire them again in a heart beat. 911 Restoration provided a great service for the disaster that happened at my son house.He had an unknown rat problem in his attic. The rats chewed through the water lines causing leaks threw out the attic. Tim came out and explained the whole cleanup process, the next day the work began. The clean up process can seem overwhelmed at times, however Tim and Chad made sure we understood everything going on. We could not be more impressed with 911 Restoration of Central Arkansas. They made one of the most stressful things a family can go through as smooth as they possibly could.Mr. Reed and his crew arrived at our house as quickly as they could, assessed our situation, and explained everything that needed to be done in very clear terms before they began any work. This isn't the first time our home has been needed repairs, but this is the first time that we felt like we were being shown full transparency from the start. That transparency didn't stop there.As plumbers and HVAC companies ran us around and charged fees to tell us the problem wasn't under their area of expertise Mr. Reed was looking at the problem with us each day trying to figure it out. He was able to use his contacts to figure out what was likely going on. This provided us with the knowledge we needed to convince the next contractor that came out what was happening. After being dismissed twice before that knowledge was invaluable to our family.911 Restoration of Central Arkansas was also an incredible help when it came to communicating with the insurance company. Talking back and forth with an adjuster is never fun. The thoroughness that Mr. Reed applied to this job made it so that every conversation with the insurance adjuster was as painless as possible. I spoke with Tim who was very professional and informative. His crew came in and sanitized and cleaned my home due to Covid-19 being introduced to my home. They wiped down and sprayed as well as performed an electrostatic spray treatment to the house. We recently had some extensive water damage to our office building due to a refrigerator water line bursting. 911 Restoration was at our office within minutes after our call. They worked quickly removing the water, baseboards, flooring and drying the floors and walls. We also had them do the restoration which included installing flooring, painting, and trim work. No other restoration company I would consider! Working with Todd and Timothy was a cakewalk. Our open and easy communication was comforting after treading through the nightmare of dealing with a plumber that had me replace a perfectly good hot water tank, walking me through my homeowner’s insurance notes and actually noticing that mold started to grown in my pantry and closet! We had to then replace flooring in my foyer, living and dining room. I didn’t have to worry a bit! They did the hard part of communicating with my insurance company and voilà, it was all taken care of. The workers were respectful and trust worthy.They made sure to clean as they went and I had no reservations of them entering my home unaccompanied. Out side of the noted damage/repairs I wanted some cosmetics done. Todd came out and wrote up a quote and the work was completed in no time. I can’t say enough about how respectful and caring the entire crew was. I had a pipe burst in the ceiling and it quickly collapsed since it happened at night and they quickly came the next morning after I called. It took awhile for the whole process of cleaning up and restoring (a whole summer) but once they were done, the ceiling looks brand new ! However, some stains were left on my carpet and walls from the paints and repairing, and my biggest issue was how I cannot use my ceiling fan anymore because they didn’t fix it to the ceiling after I asked them multiple times if they can do it. It’s just very unstable now. I can live with the conditions, but their service wasn’t perfect.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

We had some water damage from a wash machine that leaked. 911 Restoration came and pulled up carpet, took base boards off and dried up the floor and walls in 3 rooms. When all dry, they replaced drywall, baseboards and carpet and painted walls and baseboards. They did a great job and even found another problem in our dryer duct that could have could have been really bad if not found. They fixed and replaced all of that too. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Everyone that was involved (Chad, Les, Matt and their crews) in the dry out or reconstruction, was great. They always informed me of when they were coming and what they were doing. They answered all of my questions along the way and were as nice as can be. If you have ever had any kind of property damage you already know how stressful it can be trying to get everything taken care of while maintaining some form of normalcy in your daily activities. Chad and his crew were great to work with throughout this process. They quickly responded to the initial call and started the documentation and dry out process for our water damage. They were very familiar with the documentation needed for the insurance companies and had top notch equipment and software to ensure that everything was dried out and handled appropriately. The damage was quite extensive and required the replacement of carpet, hardwood, and tile in several rooms. We also had to paint the baseboards and a few walls in the affected rooms. Chad communicated throughout the process and handled everything seamlessly. He addressed any concerns immediately and ensured that quality work was done. He was also very conscious of our young children and ensured that everything was as safe as possible during the demolition process. They even worked late nights and weekends to ensure that we never went a night without a place to stay and that the build back could be completed timely. I wouldn’t hesitate to use 911 Restoration.

I would not recommend calling this business or using this business at all terrible experience.They did dry my house out and tear my cabinets out and put all my stuff in a storage pod. They were not going to replace the rotten floors they were just going to tile and carpet over them and leave the mold and mildew up under the house. So I chose not to go with them for the build back, at which point they were going to return the pod which had their lock on the door I called them to come and remove their lock so that I could get my possessions out of the pod. My dishwasher leaked for some time before I found the leak. My insurance company has a popular named company come into to dry out my kitchen. It was not done thoroughly. 911 Restoration cane in and made sure all was dry and then the restored my kitchen. Not only that, they did a complete remodel for me. It’s beautiful! The cabinetry is so gorgeous! I love it. I highly recommend this company.

Chad and his crew took advantage of my lack of knowledge and me being a female by myself. They neglected to tell me of a major support system problem under my house which was so evident if you even crawled under there for a second. That didn’t stop them from taking my family’s money and slapping plastic on top an existing problem under the house. It was a waste of at least $8,000. It had to all be ripped up. They left a hole in my subfloor for months and I had to have my brother call them to make them patch it back up. They cut the hole out by the way. No one else. Chad specifically didn’t care and did nothing to make sure things were done right.
