Overall, we were pleased with our roofing project. Josh, our project manager, was always accessible for all questions we had during the process. The installers did an outstanding job on the roof itself, and the shingles have an excellent warranty on the product. As is sometimes the case on a project like ours, there was one minor hiccup, but it was addressed promptly and without hassle, and that’s all we could have asked for. We would, and already have, recommended ARK for any residential roofing project.

We contacted ARK in late April or early May 2022 at the recommendation of a family friend who is a contractor. We had already received an estimate from our insurance company for roof, gutter, fence, siding, and brick molding damage. In May, we signed a contract with ARK for repairs to be made. We were told it would take around 6 weeks for the job to be completed, and they were booking 3 weeks out. We were okay with this as there were many houses in our area that were damaged due to large hail in April. After not having any updates or anyone coming to start work for 4-5 weeks, we reached out to our project manager. He told us several excuses about weather and things for several more weeks. At the beginning of August, the roof was finally replaced. We were told the crew replacing the gutters would be out the next week to complete the job. After several more weeks of excuses, the gutters were replaced in late September. Next, we were told the fence would be replaced in two additional weeks. The fence was not completed in two weeks, but it was completed in early November. The rest of the repairs were made in time for Thanksgiving. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and the excuses and lies that were told to us along the way. Working with this company was difficult and grating. At the same time, the workmanship is second to none. The roof, gutters, fence, and other minor repairs are awesome. I would recommend their work. I'm not sure if the end product was worth all the hassle of getting someone out here to complete the work even after paying half up front. However, after it is all said and done, I am pleased with the craftsmanship and materials used.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

My experience with Arkansas Roofing Kompany was great from beginning to end. I met Marty and he was very courteous, friendly, and professional. We are talking about a guy who took of his shoes at the door when he saw me do the same without being asked. You do not run across that professional mannerism anymore. He was great at working with my schedule and making sure he answered all my questions.We had some hail damage in Conway a month or so ago (would recommend everyone to look at their roofs now if they haven't already) and they were my second call, but they should have been my first.Every question and every detail I mentioned was taken care of. Even the things I didn't think about. The crew was friendly as well and they were FAST. My whole house and carport was done in a weekend, and with great care, not sacrificing quality.

Great workmanship, Great Price and Great Service! From the initial contact with this company until the final payment this was the nicest group of professionals I've had to pleasure of dealing with. They did detailed assessment of the roof with detailed cost analysis. They offered their assistance and experience when picking out the new roofing materials and their craftmanship was excellent. The roof looked amazing when completed. I would Highly Recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing work. The job manager, job foreman, crew and office staff are all highly professional.

Started out great. professional and prompt. when inspecting the roof after the work was completed i had concerns in a couple of places. They convinced me it was only cosmetic and offered me $500 off. I declined the discount since it was only cosmetic. Unfortunately the roof leaked in the first rain. I was told they would replace the portions i had concerns with which included the section that leaked. it has been several weeks and no timeline for repairs. The offered me $200 for my drywall repairs. I am sure the do good work; however when it doesn't go well, the customer service is found lacking. My request to speak to the owner has fallen on deaf ears.

Chris was really great to work with. He always made sure to keep me informed on where we were in the process. He came out quickly and we got everything scheduled in a good time frame. The team came out and knocked the roof out promptly and it looks great. The only complaint I have is the team that did the roof trampled our landscaping that was around the house. It looked like they didn't try to avoid it at all. Other than that they were a great company to work with. Chris went above and beyond my expectations and would work with him again in the future.

Thank you best experience working with a contract company ever!( I was afraid because my neighbor was strong armed by a door to door roofing company. She said as he drove away his truck plate was Texas.)This company has a office on Hwy 65 and I have been there twice.Great Work, Great Installation and Josh my salesman, was so kind, considerate and easy to work with. They did a great job! The only reason for the 5 stars was it seemed extremely busy this year and they worked diligently to finish the work. But it was completed along with other parts within the scope of work. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

I had some damage from tree limbs falling on the roof of my apartment. The limbs damaged a turbine and caused a leak in another area. They replaced the large turbine vent and patched the leak. Arkansas Roofing Kompany did a great job at an affordable price. I will use them again and I recommend that you give them a try when you have roofing needs.

Install looks nice and was done quickly. I liked working with Travis (the salesman). But I had some trouble with a couple things:#1 - The install team was smoking around our house and I found a discarded lighter in my yard after they left along with a few other pieces of trash.#2 - They changed something with the way I wanted to install the gutters. The change ended up okay, but they did not talk the change through with me before doing it. After the team left, I just saw that they didnt install the gutters the way that I at originally requested and then I had to follow up on it.Overall - I thought they did an okay job but with this particular install, I probably won't use them again or recommend them to others.

Commercial building and my Home! Integrity, Honesty, Local, Best of Faulkner County, Best Price, Unbelievable clean up, Fixed what others couldn't. Absolutely the best decision for my commercial buildings so they also just finished my home.My grandson has helped me with internet as I'm in my 60's and we own many commercial buildings in Conway and Greenbrier. I called a fancy truck number I saw on the road and the sales person met me at the storage building where I had leaks on my flat roof. He was so pushy, I want to tell you the name of that company but I won't. He strong armed me to sign. My husband called Arkansas Roofing Kompany same day, I didn't know he did. They met him and were 1/2 the quote from the other company and not only did a great new membrane TPO but also took care of leaks on my other building and they said it didn't need a completely new roof at this time. Guess what the other company(Ill call mr fancy truck) said it did. I have no more leaks even after this terrible rainy month. So happy with Tim and his staff that my house on Beaverfork Lake has a brand new Milarkey shingle roof. Looks so amazing. They were so clean and have a trailer that lifts up to my roof and collected ll my shingles. Work was done in 2 days and my yard didn't even look like any one was there. But what a beautiful color and workmanship.. They are the best company.I even went into their office on Hwy 65 and met with such sweet people. No wonder they won Best of Faulkner County! You earned it and get all my business both Commercial and Personal homes. They will be doing my Greers Ferry lake house in Feb. Thanks for making my life so much easier. What a great company, no one comes close. Believe me I have used others in past years and UGH! but these folks are good people,. The crew had our roof finished in less than a day. They cleaned up everything leaving no trace of where they had been. It took more decking to fix the roof than anticipated and the cost was still barely over the estimate. Very professional company.
