Matt and his team were super transparent about the repairs that needed to be done to insure no more damaged could happen. They got everything fixed at a super great price too!!! I just want to say that these guys are amazing. Top notch work. Very professional and super friendly. We had an old metal roof, and there ended up having two layers of shingles under it. Tons of rotten wood. They fixed everything and went above and beyond. I had called Pitch Perfect and Collier who both came out and talked to us extensively. They blew us off and never even returned our calls after that. It was a big roof and extensive. Luke called me immediately and was out the next day. He got an estimate for us in less than 24 hours and got us on the books. They made our house look beautiful and did it quick, even with all of the extra tear off. Would use them time and time again. I had a leak on my ceiling that I thought was from my roof. I called Matt and he was at my house within 20 minutes of the call. It ended up not being the roof, it was condensation from the AC/Heater. He looked at the unit and found where the leak was coming from and took pictures. Best customer service I have received in a long time! Dude is legit!!!! Diamond state came very highly recommended from an inspector we had used to purchase properties in the area and it is clear to see why! I called Matt at diamond state restoration to fix something another roofing company messed up. He came out and looked at the problem and found it was not a roofing issue but a siding issue. Instead of charging me to manage the subcontractors he gave me there direct numbers and put in a temporary fix at no charge. He was very friendly and got out to my house the day after I called him. I will definitely call him again for any roofing issues I may have. Highly recommend diamond state restoration.

We just moved to the area, and our home inspector said we needed our pipe boots replaced. Matt came out the same day I called, inspected everything, sealed up one gap, and told me I didn't actually need to replace the boots after all. He could easily have said I needed the work done, and I wouldn't have known any better. I was deeply impressed by Matt's promptness and his integrity!

I work for blue sky self-storage in Conway, I called them with an issue of a leak and even though they don't normally do storage units they were so friendly and helpful. They came out and looked at the issue and helped us fix the issue very quickly and professionally. I wanted to share my experience with diamond State restoration. They were the most professional company I have ever dealt with. The roof inspector went out of his way and went over every bit of my roof and worked with my adjuster with State Farm. The main reason I want to make this post is we have built many houses in the past this was a hail damage roof replacement. In the past I've never met somebody so professional and exceptional work and was completed in one day with the amount of guys brought to the location. Everything they told me they would do they did it and went over and beyond for me. Another thing I must say for the future customers considering using this company they were rained out the original day they were supposed to come. With that haven't been said they scheduled it the next day on a Saturday and we all know we like to have our weekends off I was very impressed. Also I must say you could not tell that anyone had been here the lawn was kept so clean and all of my landscape undisturbed. John Clark was the guy that went over and beyond and made things happen I would like his name to be out there and I'm sure the rest of the employees are just as professional as he is. Whatever the owner's doing must be right for people to care about their work as much as these guys did. If there was such a thing as six stars that's what they would get over and beyond.

The initial inspection was great. They are very knowledgeable about the insurance process and walked us through the adjusters paperwork. They even caught some mistakes that the adjuster missed. The end product looks great and high quality materials were used. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication after the initial inspection. We had to reach out several times to get a time frame on when work was expected to start. We knew that it would take a bit with all the damage in the area, but never could get a clear answer. They just kept telling us "looks like next week we can get started." In all it took about a month from the time the deposit was cashed for the roof to be replaced.

I got estimates from four different companies to replace my 25 year old roof and besides being the most affordable, Matt at Diamond State was the one who put me most at ease about the job. He was very genuine, easy to talk to and I had full confidence in him from the start. Maybe it was the way he handled my mildly aggressive, overprotective (large) dog… but I knew right away that I wanted him to do the job. And he did not disappoint. He communicated well, he showed up on time to do the inspection, got an estimate/bid to me same day and facilitated the whole process very smoothly, start to finish. I had to have a new roof on a house I had just purchased. The homeowners insurance company gave me a deadline and I called several companies/people and no one showed up. I was given Diamond State Restoration’s phone number and got a response that day. A representative of the company was here that afternoon. They listened to my problem and put me on the schedule. I have a great looking new roof and now my homeowners insurance will allow me to keep the insurance company I have. There was a heat index the Saturday my roof was installed but, the men took breaks but kept on working to make sure the job was completed that day. I explained to them about the fenced in area for my 4 dogs and they assured me, there wouldn’t be anything for the dogs to get injured. Everyone I had contact with we’re very respectful and polite.
