My wife and I live in Conway. Nothing worse than a water leak in your house but RePhorm Property Restoration made the clean up and dry out process so easy. We met with a couple other companies first but we truly trusted the professionalism and integrity of this company once we met with Tyler. They were prompt, reliable and did exactly what they said they would. They were courteous of our schedule and kept in touch with us daily as to the progress. Our biggest concern was mold or mildew in the future but after working with Tyler and his crew,, that is no longer a concern.. Relative to my experience with home service projects this was quite the undertaking. Through it all, though, Tyler was a professional lifeline in remediating the mold issue in my home and ensuring that I had a safe living environment during the process. The timing wasn't perfect, but the quality of communication and professionalism made up for how long it ended up taking. Tyler has an extensive reach into the service community, always working with subcontractors and going out of his way to go beyond what was expected of him in order to focus on fixing the root of the issue instead of simply going in and out. Overall, with my lack of knowledge in this area, I was fortunate to have Tyler as my point-man on this. His humility, patience, willingness to treat me as a person instead of just a job, making me feel like I was his number one focus, and simply being there each time I called are all key reasons why I would highly recommend him and his team.

Tyler came to our home to treat a funky smell coming from one of the bedrooms in our home. He was able to come out the same week we called. He was punctual, professional, and kind. Unfortunately, a few days later the smell returned. Tyler came back out and re-treated a suspicious spot and killed the smell. We later learned that there was a spot of urine behind a door that wasn't picked up on black light. (pet urine is weird like that...especially coming from a mini pig!) the cool thing about this company is that they actually have an extractor tool that sucks up any urine from the carpet pads and treats it with live enzymes. So they aren't covering up any smell, they're actually removing it. Tyler followed up to ensure that the smell was gone and was always professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a positive experience. If need a good cleaning, I would highly recommend this company.

After seeing Tyler's Facebook post about how bleach doesn't kill mold I immediately knew he could help us figure out why we have had mold on our Master bathroom ceiling for years. We always thought we just had a lot of moisture in the air. Our dehumidifier fills up super quick! So husband always tells me to take shorter showers. As if!?! 😆Today, Tyler spoke with me about the issue and then took a look in my attic. He noticed a golf ball size water mark near our AC unit that is in the exact spot of the affected area. When we noticed water starting to seep under the wall that backs up to our shower, I looked for help online. I am so glad I called RePhorm. Tyler came out right away and took control of everything. A pipe had burst behind our shower causing extensive damage and mold.
