He was in and out during the re roofing process and they had a new roof on my house before I knew it! He followed up after they finished and made sure I was happy with the job. I hired HD Roofing and Construction to replace my storm damaged roof. JP did a fantastic job from start to finish answering all my questions and guiding me every step of the way. He insured the project was completed on time, and everything was cleaned up after they were done. He even moved a huge tree limb for me that I couldn’t move myself. HD Roofing & Construction installed shingles on my house. I requested a midnight black shingle. However, the shingles are more gray than black. Only about four packs were installed on the house. I spoke to the owner and he stated, “this is what you ordered and you signed a contract.” I specifically stated, “the shingles must be black to match the exterior of the house.” If a customer orders a product and is not satisfied, then it should be returned, and ordered the black shingles from another vendor if needed. A customer should not be told that this is what you ordered without a solution. I would have reimbursed them for the four packs of shingles that were opened. PJ was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process and coordinated the job very well. He told us what to expect and everything happened as he had told us. our church roof has leaked in two rooms for over 20 years. we have had several other companies to fix it but it never lasted. we talked to several other companies about replacing just that portion of the roof, but they all wanted to replace the entire roof which was our of our budget. I recently had a new roof installed by HD Roofing and Construction. The Project Manager did a very good job getting me connected with my insurance company and submitting a claim because of much hail damage done to my roof.But when the project was completed, there were three issues: the eaves on one side of my house had been knocked down by the roofers. I was told that the roof vent, which was much dented by the hail storm, was supposed to be replaced, but instead, it was just painted and put back into place. And several tiles were defective in appearance, even though they came directly from the manufacturer, yet were put on the front of the house and were quite noticeable as being defective.The Project Manager wanted nothing to do with addressing these issues, tried to deflect that they even existed, and I felt he tried to pressure me to sign off as agreeing that the roof was finished.I called the company office and spoke to Kyle Thompson about my dissatisfaction with the final outcome of the project, specifically those three issues. I wanted the damage fixed, and the defective tiles and vent replaced. Kyle listened to me and came over to my house in person to assist. Even though this was not his project, nor was he ever the project manager for my new roof, he took the responsibility upon himself to address the issues and finish the project properly.He took my complaints seriously. He did not dismiss or discount my concerns. He was courteous and professional. He examined the three issues and agreed to coordinate workers and send them to fix and complete the issues to my satisfaction. He did his best to fix every problem. He wanted quality work and customer satisfaction. He worked until everything possible had been accomplished. I am now pleased with my roof.I would recommend Kyle as the person to go to if you choose HD Roofing.
