This company has a brick & mortar store & they have a person who answers the phone when you call. The lady who answered the phone was very polite & courteous of what I needed. I was told a salesman would call to schedule an appointment and I received a call back within 24 hours. I was impressed with the knowledge & expertise that each member of the team had when it came to answering my questions about my remodeling project.In my opinion they are the top remodeling company in Conway & Faulkner County.

During this journey Clint and Wade communicated every step of the process and quickly answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. Booked visit to estimate for repairs to ceiling with Clint yesterday at 2:30. Promised to show at 9 AM. NO SHOW! I called to ask what happened- “I forgot all about you”. I expected better from a reputable company like Kordsmeire. Disappointed

Me and my family have used Kordsmeier Remodeling for years for service when needed and most of the time they do a great job but their prices are too high. The work quality is average when contracted through one of their contacts and better when they themselves do the work. Being such a long local family business it would be nice to see lower rates offered to people in need who choose to call you first. Just sharing my opinion.

KRS was the only remodeler who was willing to tackle remodeling a bathroom in a 100 year old home and still give us everything we wanted in the bathroom. They were respectful and always cleaned up before they left for the day. The KRS team members were all professional craftsmen.

They charged me $120 for 45 min of labor charge. I called to verify and was told that's what their hourly charge was. Service was fine and they were polite but extremely overpriced.
