Robert Ross Roofing replaced the roof on our new house prior to us closing, and we got the warranty transferred to our names with the purchase of the house. We have 2 chimneys and he also did the flashing around those. He did a terrible job with the flashing and did not cut it into the brick per current building codes. There is also a spot where the roof connects to the back patio roof that he did not cut in correctly and it leaks onto the patio every time it rains. I have tried calling him to get these issues corrected per our warranty and he has not ever answered his phone. I have called 8 times over the past 2 months and left a voicemail 5 or 6 of those times. He has not bothered to return my calls. 1 out of 5, do not recommend.Service: Roof installation
