The entire experience of working with FES roofing was great from beginning to end. As well as being prompt, kind, flexible, and professional, FES did an excellent quality job on the roof and gutters. From the initial walk-through, to the estimate process, answering questions, scheduling work, choosing materials, flexibility with changes, and supervising crews and clean up, it was all handled smoothly and thoroughly. Excellent company! Responded fast to my request for roof inspection after large hail storm. Project manager (Les) sets the bar for customer service. He always kept me informed about scheduling, replied fast to texts/calls, regularly inspected jobsite work, and respected me (female) as I made decisions about roof/gutter replacement. In addition, he communicated well with the insurance claims staff so that they paid their full portion. The crew that did the work hustled all day, every day, until the work was done - no wasted time. I had 3 roof vents added and it made a big improvement to attic air flow -- new vents were spaced well so that they are visually well-balanced. Crew was good about managing debris throughout the job and final clean-up was thorough. There was a heavy rain shortly after completion, so I had a chance to check the new gutters -- they worked great and certain problem areas that the old gutters had were eliminated. I contacted Foster's Exterior Solutions to check my roof for hail damage last summer 2021. They replaced my roof and also got me new gutters that the insurance adjuster had rejected. Fosters Exterior Solutions have helped us out multiple time with storm damage. When my insurance company said I didn’t have any damage to my roof, they sent out their roof inspector and found alot of damage. They also offered to come back and meet the insurance adjuster to point it out. Due to that my insurance approved roof and gutter replacement. If it wasn’t for Fosters Exterior Solutions I would still have damage and wouldn’t have know it.
