NEVER GO HERE! If you like cockroaches, leaking ceilings, black mold growing on walls, structure collapsing, and sewage flowing freely all over the parking lot, come live in any of the Chaffey apartments. They hate women and gay women at that. They charged me more rent than the men that lived around me. I finally filed federal and state discrimination charges against Travis Chaffey because he refused to make it right by making my rent the same, fixing anything, giving me my depoist back. I would stay clear of anything they have their hands in. I'm emotionally and mentally scarred from the treatment I received. This won't be overlooked!

I highly recommend Chaffey Construction for anyone needing any work done on their property. They did an in ground pool removal/fill-in for me, which I imagine is not an everyday type of job. Travis told me exactly what to expect and exactly what it would cost upon completion. That is exactly how it went. I am a very satisfied customer and will use them again for future projects.

Very pleased! I needed a cracked rafter repaired, and Chaffey Construction was the only contractor I found who would even give me a call back. Communication was great throughout, they made sure to work me in quickly, and though I don't know anything about construction from what I can tell they did a great job on the repair. They were hired to install the flooring and open an entry. We just bought the house and they found a lot of problems we didn't know about. They fixed every problem they came across. Travis would call and send photos as soon as a new issue came up. He would always give options on how to fix things, some lower priced some higher. He would always keep our budget in mind. Their work is what you would expect from professionals. The best thing about Chaffey Construction was by far the communication. We were always given updates. They always showed up when they said they would be there. Travis would always answer his phone or call back quickly. I have never worked with a contractor that communicated as well. We are fixing to have them redo the gutters and after that remodel the rest of the house. The price vs the quality they gave us was far in our favor. Can't say enough good about them. It is really great when you find a trustworthy, timely and professional contractor company. Long story short, these guys came through when I was in a time crunch, they even managed to get the jobs complete with a pending and arriving snow/icy storm. With the sale of my home pending, these guys made it happen, and made it easy too! They understood the job, provided fair documentation on the front end, afterwards, they took photos emailed them with details about the job, followed up through email and always available by phone call. Worth every penny. Polite, professional, and proud of their work. When I dropped payment off after the storm, they gave me a documentation of the work completed as well. Certainly Grateful! I've worked with multiple contractors and these guys are the very best.

Travis is not a very good landlord at all. He does not return any phone calls. He does not communicate with any of his tenants unless it is to raise his tenants rent. Very Poor communication.

These are by far the worst landlords I’ve ever dealt with they are extremely unprofessional. Literally sent neighbors into my house and stole my belongings refused to fix anything in the property. My ac was broken for 1year and my niece literally had to go to the hospital from heat exhaustion bc the house was 101 degrees… after I put my 30 day notice in they served an eviction then broke into my house and took my belongings all they care about is money and they do trifling stuff like this bc they rent cheap and don’t do background checks. -100/10 would never recommend
