So first let me tell you I never leave reviews, but I would recommend this company specifically Krystalla the rep to everyone. I have USAA as my husband and I are military and they are not the easiest company to work with let alone get insurance claims approved. Krystalla went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met as well as keeping me informed through out the process. I had specific concerns and she ensured all my issues and questions were answered in a timely manor as well as taking care of any added work. They worked around my schedule and did an amazing job! Hired this company based on a neighbor's recommendation. I have used several roofing companies over the years but Krystalla and the crew at HomePro were by far the most professional, dependable, and attentive team I've ever used. They arrived when they said they would, did a fantastic job with integrity, even discovered and corrected some shoddy work from the previous roofer, maintained a consistent price throughout the project, cleaned up the yard well, then followed up with me several times, even weeks after the job was completed and they had been paid. Who does that? No one I've ever used. I'm impressed with HomePro and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Kayla Angel wouldn’t give me an estimate to turn in with my insurance check. For over a month she said “she’s working on it . It’s complicated.” When I got State Farm estimates I was able to deposit insurance checks into the bank.When she found that out she pulled the people doing the sheet rock, the walked out leaving my house in a mess on a Friday. But thank goodness we were able to get them to come back after the weekend and finish the job. I paid them directly with a cashiers check.We only needed someone to sheet rock ceiling in den and garage from a water leak. And carpet in four rooms that was already bare floors. We never met after many times asking. Twice we had appointments to meet at the carpet store. The first excuse was she had personal issues to deal with and the next time she had to go back to Hot Springs. Every time I talked to her she always had to back to Hot Springs. Come to find out she never ordered the carpet we pick out. The carpet people said she had different carpets for upstairs and downstairs. We were making it easy for her and going with all the same carpet.Saturday morning we went to the carpet store and had everything order within 10 minutes. That was not complicated.This woman is completely in capable of doing this kind of work

This company redid my roof and entire house after a house fire. Krystalla and her team handled everything with the insurance company for me and took away all the stress from me. I would use this company again and highly recommend. I can’t say enough good things about Krystalla, Kayla and their whole team. I had a mess on my hands and Krystalla had a plan to fix it the same day I called. They were very sweet to my children and have been happy to help in anyway they can. To start, they did replace the shingles on our roof (still never got an exact price after asking several times, other than "what you're getting from your insurance should cover it"). That's all they did after stating they would repair other issues from a hail storm, such as replacing 2 small broken attic windows. After the roof was re-shingled, i had to collect all the nails still left on the ground, which is enough to shingle a dog house, and after getting a nail in my foot and tire of a vehicle. About 2 months later, and 3 rain storms, still have broken windows. It's as though they took the entire insurance check and ran. Not happy, and would not recommend to anyone.

I talked to many different roofing companies to replace my leaking roof. Dealing with Aaron and Tim were by far not only the most friendly and easiest to talk to they were very understanding of my situation and all around great people. Not only did they drive an hour from there there area, it was after hours when I got home from work. I wish all companies worked like this. Needed a new roof put on and in a hurry called and krystalla made it happen they did phenomenal work were fast efficient and did an amazing job cleaning up after/during the job couldn’t find a single nail in the yard after and if you e ever had your roof replaced you know that’s a huge deal in and of itself I can’t say enough about the crew,krystalla,and Kayla would 100/100 use them again and will the next time !
