We were referred to Mr. Buzz Sawyer and his company Sawyer's Inc.I just want to go on record as saying that Mr. Sawyer and his crew exceeded all expectations that we had for this project. They worked with us from the very beginning planning stages to completion and never hesitated to pick up the phone and answer any questions we had.Additionally, this company is very active in the Fort Smith community and I cannot think of a better group to keep my money local.It can be difficult to find those with such pride in their craft nowadays, but I can say with 100% certainty that Sawyer's is absolutely top notch in their work, customer service, and knowledge. I've added some before, during, and after shots so that the final product can speak for itself.If you're needed any type of home construction work done, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I had Sawyer's replace 12 windows & add a glass storm door to my home. I'm glad I did. To spare the details, damage was caused to my home from an outside influence & a post slammed against the window to my laundry room where my wife was at the time. These windows are impact resistant to say the least. I am very well pleased with the value for money that I received. Will do business again!

Sawyers installed my siding 20 years ago and it still looks great. Recently I purchased new windows from them and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I can’t say enough good things about their customer service and products!4.4.24 Update. Sawyers just completed my new sidewalk, driveway and back patio. As they pulled up the old driveway and sidewalk there was no rebar and that is why there were so many cracks. Buzz explained, they put rebar in all of there installations as well as using a high density concrete blend. They started Wednesday morning and all was completed by Thursday afternoon. To say I am more than impressed with the entire process is an understatement. The quality, craftmanship and customer service is worth more than 5 stars. I will use Sawyers for my next home improvement project and cannot recommend them enough.Sharon

We have worked with Sawyers for years on any contracting needs we have. They have replaced windows and doors and interior renovations. This time, we hade the house roof replaced and patio roof. They were very communicative on timing of materials ands scheduling work. We had a last minute additional order to replace a door and they were right in it to get the new door and install it the same day. We have gone to Sawyers many times and they will be the first call for anything else we need in Ft. Smith. Regina is delightful to work with.

We just recently had our circle driveway changed from asphalt to concrete. The crew did an excellent and very professional job. I loved watching them work. Previously Sawyers did our metal roof and our windows. My daughter and son-in-law are having a metal roof and windows put in next. I definitely recommend them. Any questions were answered promptly and they phoned to give me updates on when we could expect the work to be done.

Benito and his crew just finished roofing the house. They had at least 2 layers of roofing to tear off before they could even begin. They were finished and cleaned up in 9 hrs. Work never stopped! Excellent service, price and product. We replaced all of our windows with beautiful energy efficient windows from Sawyer's Inc. They also built a beautiful screen patio room and replaced our 37 year old driveway with new stamped concrete. The installation crew was highly skilled and professional. In the last 16 months Sawyers Inc. has put in a new driveway, replaced the roof, the gutters and patio cover due to hail damage. The sales rep was very helpful in working with me and meeting with my insurance adjuster on site. Once I had received my claim on what the insurance would cover he put his bid together and brought it to me in a timely manner. He also kept me informed on when work would start.All work crews were friendly and professional. Always willing to answerquestions. All materials and installation were of top quality.The office staff were all very helpful and courteous in answering questions and assisting with my insurance claims.Great job Sawyers!!

I had my patio enlarged, a sidewalk poured, and a patio cover installed in April 2019. The work was excellent, and Dax gave me a few recommendations to make the patio look nicer without increasing the cost significantly. I would definitely recommend.Having never done a project like this, I originally thought the quoted price was high-but after shopping around to several different concrete contractors and siding companies who install patio covers, Sawyers price was on par with everyone. They also did all the work--concrete, patio cover, and electric so I didn't have to manage 3 different contractors.Timing was great, they said originally that they hoped to get started with the concrete work in 5 weeks, install the patio cover a week after that --they ended up getting completely done with everything within about 4 weeks. There was no mess left to clean up when they were done-

We had a lovely sunroom installed late 2020 by Sawyer and we just love it. It added so much comfort and peace to our home. We had a few small roof leaks in Feb of 2021 and after a communication snafu, Buzz Sawyer drove up from Ft Smith to Fayetteville to personally apologize.How rare is that today? Buzz was a delight to meet and took care of our problem on the spot. I'd highly recommend Sawyers's Inc anytime.

We are so glad we used Sawyers ...they got our project done before our big event of the year...sunroom 14 X 18, 80 feet deck with 14 X 18 covered area. They used beefy, quality material and put in a conduit railing in between posts to give a very strong, industrial pretty look not to mention the diagonal deck board design with the decking to add style to the 80 feet deck. They finished the project in time for our big event of the year to have 40 people over. They matched our roof line and made it look like it was always there. This added a whole new look to our house. We had a patio built on our deck and they did a wonderful job. It does take a while for them to get the material in stock but we were told that at the beginning so this wasn't a surprise. My family and I are very unsatisfied with this company and their service. If we could give them a zero rating we would, they’re unresponsive, dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. They false advertise their services, they bid my uncle for several different services and when he hired them, they only fulfilled half of what they promised. My uncle and aunt are devastated after the work they did, because the job was overpriced and left unfinished. This company was originally hired to repair their roof after the wind storm this summer, and not only did it take weeks for them to start, but it took weeks for them to even order the supplies to start. When they actually began working they caused more damage inside then What they fixed on the outside. Now my uncle and aunt are concerned for the metal roof that this company put on, because they did not even finish screwing the roof down. My uncle and aunt have contacted them numerous times to come finish the work that was promised, all we want is for this company to stand by their word and contract.

The guy Brandon screws people over. He was selling an item for $100 and I offered $60 I drove over 50 miles to pick up the item and after telling him four separate times I would pay $60 he said come get it. Then after getting there he said the item was $100 even tho he never said no . Dudes very rude very disrespectful. And the store is dirty and disgusting. Another person was being rude to a customer and laughing at them as they walked out. I wouldn't come here or buy from him
