I don’t even know where to begin. I am truly amazed at the care I received. Mike Haney and Micah Scott were awesome. Lupe was such a big help. Many times I texted her and she always answered. Lupe Barb and Donna did an awesome job cleaning they were truly amazing. When our house flooded I was totally lost at what to do. Mike stepped in and helped us on the right path. Dennis was also great. You will never find a more caring team of people to take care of getting your house restored. I feel like they are part of my extended Circle now. Had a sewer back up and ServiceMaster was right out. Got the wet carpet and flooring removed, set up about 15 fans and two big dehumidifiers. Shawn and “G” spent a couple of days working in the house and were nothing but professional. Due to the nature of their business I hope you don’t need their services, but if you do, I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with ServiceMaster was remarkable and we would highly recommend them to everyone. Sadly, Service Master was not our first call. We first we hired another "highly recommended" HomeAdvisor company who did both the inspection/testing and remediation (big mistake). Within 3 weeks our home was fully reinfested and my daughter desperately ill...we lost months of progress with her and $7000 to the company who closed up shop and ran. Our home was largely infected throughout the crawlspace and kitchen, bedroom,bathroom with molds that were causing my daughter to be seriously debilitatingly ill. We knew we had to get it right the second time so we called NWA Mold Inspector and Service Master Fort Smith. Before the job even began the co-owner, Dustin Bryant, worked closely with our awesome inspector, Brian Suggs, to determine the approach for our problems. There was a large team who worked on this project and every single one of them was professional, hard working and respectful. Due to our failed first remediation with the other company, and the vast scope of destruction in my home, i was extremely involved with every step...often working alongside the crew. Micah Scott, manager, and Shawn Rawson, who led the crew, graciously and patiently answered my millions of questions...never brushing me off and always educating me. The entire crew genuinely cared about getting our home safe for my daughter and worked hard to do so, brainstorming as each issue arose, and getting to the crucial heart of our mold problem so it never would return again. Rawson's expertise literally uncovered a hidden section which would have thrown my daughter into decline but now i feel confident we have the safest house around. Many thanks to the entire company from Dustin in NWA to Stephen out of Russellville who remediated our crawl space, to our Fort Smith team of Micah, Shawn Rawson, Shawn Riley, Girardo, James and Lupe. We appreciate so very much your kindness, generosity, and expertise as you walked us through our crisis.
