Very clean and respectful people that run this business and they are always polite tending to your needs everytime you need it, and always looking out for your pocket book making sure you've spent money happily on what you wanted and very affordable to you. The owner and employees conduct their selves in a manner which most places of businesses don't. Respectful is a good way to put it. Never busy busy for those who want to avoid going into another town with more ruckus.

Do not order special order windows from this company, they will hold up the building process for your home. Example window ordered in April of 2020 and it is now mid November still no window! Held up completion of getting electric, siding and painting completed. Window was promised many times with a no show.
