I called on a Thursday afternoon and NEA Plumbing was able to schedule me the very next morning. Nathan was called out to fix an issue at my rental and my residence. He worked quick, explained everything and was very transparent. He gave me multiple options for a resolution and the invoice was fair as well. I will be using NEA Plumbing again in the future based off of this experience.

When I called I was given an appointment almost 2 weeks out because they were so busy. They actually got someone there earlier but weren't able to find the leak at that time, although they got close. Today , the 23rd, Chris and Nathan showed up right on time and they worked until they found the leaks and got them fixed. They were efficient, professional and very nice. They were polite and explained to me what the problem was and what they were doing to fix it. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a plumber. I heard water running about 1:30 am, shut it off until I could call I contacted NEA Pumbing I found on Google. I read there reviews, all were good! I called and the lady answering said they had a crew already in our town working, she called them and within 15 minutes they called me, we have about 10 inches of snow on the ground at this time, I told them what I needed and if they could not make it up or drive I would understand. They got here and located the problem and went right to work, They had me up and running within a short time. Chris and Nathan were very polite and professional, I would highly recommend them!Service: Plumbing pipe repair

Staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Prices for the work they perform is fair and I don't feel like they are overpriced. Their plumbers and Electricians are Journeyman level and I have been told that they are all about continued education to stay on top of the new techniques and laws. I am more than pleased with the work the did for us, and would be happy to show people what they did for us if they wanted to see the quality for themselves.

After showing up 2 hours late with no courtesy call I was charged 124$ over what I was told it would be. Plumber came and looked at the job. Then when he came to do the job claimed there was more than he realized. Won't be using them again

Today I had my first, but by far not the last, experience with NEA Plumbing. My service person was on time, courteous, professional and even offered guidance on an upcoming project on which I will definitely use NEA Plumbing! I absolutely recommend them!
