I went on a Tuesday about 10 20 am. To get new tags for my grandma. it was not busy and only took 5 mins top... Every other time I went it was extremely busy and crowded with ppl you just have to go at the right time of the day and month I guess lol

The man that answered was very polite. He said it was Martin Luther King's Day and they were closed. Then later I went to the same address because the dog pound is behind the building. I got my dog Bella out. 🙂

I called to get a hole in my street fixed. They were very nice on the phone and said they would fix it the following Friday or Monday. I haven't seen or heard anything since.

It's hard to get a call threw, and the lady said she wasn't sure if they would even come out or not for what I needed.Personally, I don't think a secretary should be able to make decisions like that, it should be up to the boss. However, nothing has been done.
