I posted on an online forum asking for recommendations. Forrest sent me a pm and was immediately available for a roof inspection. We learned quickly our roof was installed incorrectly and needed repair. He worked with us to get what we needed within budget. During the time I waited after signing a contract and scheduling the roof replacement, Forrest remained in contact. My roof looks amazing! His crew was efficient and clean. They took time to inspect every aspect of my roof to ensure all things were replaced as needed. I highly recommend Hometown Roofing!!

I cannot recommend this company more, especially Forrest Been! We are first time home owners and younger so going through the insurance process and finding a roofing company was very intimidating. Forrest graciously took us to dinner, explained paperwork, and took care of everything for us concerning insurance. The roofing process went by quickly and the team did an amazing job. I am a former home builder and former insurance agent. Forrest Been with Hometown Roofing handled our roof claim promptly and with the utmost care. He went through all of the details with us. He called and sent pictures as the repairs were made and gave us options to fix the roof issues we encountered. He came back and personally inspected the completed job and made sure all nails and any debris were taken care of. Great guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him back on any future jobs!!

We recently had our roof replaced, due to hail damage, by the guys at Home Town, and they did an excellent job. We worked with Forrest and he was extremely knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions we might have. He even came out with the insurance adjuster during their inspection. If you are needing a roof on a new build or an inspection for storm damage give Forrest a call and he will take care of you from start to finish.

I can't say enough good things about the guys at Hometown Roofing. Tyler went above and beyond when my insurance only wanted to cover a partial repair, even coming back out a second time to meet with the adjuster and provide him with an education. My insurance changed their tune and covered a full roof replacement, my adjuster even called and remarked on how good of a roofer we hired.On to the the work now. Materials were delivered pretty close to the time quoted and the guys were there bright and early on the scheduled install date. Knocked it out in one day and it looks fantastic. Forrest Been and the crew at Hometown roofing did a wonderful job when replacing my roof. The price I was quoted was competitive, and the materials used were top of the line. On installation day, the crew showed up right on time and went to work. Everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. Do not use. Substandard work and shady business practices. Then the project manager and owner both lied to my face on separate occasions. Went to the office and invited the owner to come have dinner with my family and inspect the work for himself that his crew left on my roof. He said he would be there that evening. Later that afternoon I received a text with excuses and letting me know he wouldn’t make it but would try the following weekend.

Great company Forrest Been the project manager was great he came out and looked at our roof and went over everything with us helped with picking out shingles, communicated very well through the entire process from start to finish. The work was great got done within half a day of new shingles ontop of replacing quite a bit of damage otherwise . We had hail damage and Hometown Roofing came highly recommended. We submitted a contact us email with no response. I called and talked to a lady that was to have someone contact us and they never did. I called again and 2 days later someone contacted me and then came to my house to review the damage and give an estimate. I never heard back from them. Very disappointing service form a local business.
