I was stunned by the discovery of a slow leak and was unsure who to call/what to do first to address the wet and moldy sheet rock and flooring. I found Wall to Wall through a Google search. Kevin (the owner) answered my call right away. To say that he was helpful is an understatement. Over the phone, he guided me through the steps I needed to take (leak detection, plumbing fix) prior to the services Wall to Wall would provide, and even offered to stop by the next business day to provide a preliminary assessment (no charge). I felt more confident about how to handle the situation after talking to Kevin. He fully explained each step of the process (including how to handle the insurance claim), and was 100% transparent about his services and pricing. After the plumber repaired the leak, Kevin's team (Jon and Alecia) started the remediation process. They both were professional, courteous, and punctual. At the end, Alecia provided me with all of the information I needed to proceed with repairs. She was very sweet and patient. Dealing with water damage is extremely overwhelming, but the professionalism and kindness shown by Kevin and his team made the situation feel much more manageable. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Wall to Wall for any remediation/restoration services.

I can’t thank Wall 2 Wall Restoration enough! Kevin the owner came out on a Saturday evening after I had a water pipe bust and completely blew me away with how fast he got to my property and setup his equipment started drying out my house this was the first issue I’ve had since moving into my property and Kevin walked me through the process and explained it to me and what all was gonna happen. Wall to Wall Restoration was amazing!!! I didn’t know my hot water heater had busted in the garage and leaked into my home until close to 9 pm. I contacted Wall to Wall and they were at my home within 10 minutes to clean up the flooding and set-up dehumidifiers and fans. For the next week or so they came out at a time that was convenient for me to re-evaluate and add or take away equipment when needed. Seeing how I’ve never had to deal with this before I had so many questions. Wall to Wall was very knowledgeable and able to answer them all and help me understand the process with my insurance company. Kevin ended up being a great person to work with our insurance company. As much grief as they tried to give him, he was able to stay professional and resolve the issues with them for the best outcome for all of us. They came in and cleaned up the sewage overflow in our crawl space, removed, treated and cleaned up the mold that was found in the kitchen and both bathrooms. I found this company when I was searching for veteran companies since my husband and father are veterans. Kevin at Wall to Wall Restoration inspected a home that I was planning to purchase. He was thorough and knowledgeable and professional. Although I didn’t purchase that house. I recommended him to my daughter when a large amount of mold was found in the home they purchased. Kevin and his crew completely cleaned up all the damage from the mold. We had a water line break and needed help to clean up the area. They were very responsive and reacted quickly to get the area back to normal. Thankfully because of how quickly they were able to react we were able to reuse the area in 2 business days with minimal damage caused by the water. They came in every day to check the drying process. If we need mold removal we will definitely be looking into them for assistance. We bought an older house last summer. Just after moving in, with everything still in boxes, we had a major water incident. The A/C backed up while we were gone over the weekend causing a ton of water to come through the kitchen ceiling. It was wet everywhere including behind the kitchen cabinets, in the walls, and under the tile.Wall 2 Wall came in fast. They used their tools to track the spread of water in the walls and floors and found mold in several places. They also discovered that there was existing water damage and mold throughout the house due to previous plumbing problems.They quickly and efficiently removed the damaged wall board, cabinets, and the flooring with water underneath, as well as the existing damage in the bathrooms. They killed the mold, dried out the water and even worked with our insurance company to help us get the whole thing covered.The water and subsequent damage was a nightmare scenario but Wall 2 Wall made the removal and remediation process fast and easy. Very impressed! Talked to Kevin on the phone for some advice and ended up having him come take a look at a house we are looking at renting and he was very professional, knowledgeable and honest about everything I was concerned about. Mitch and his employees did an excellent job of taking care of our mold problem in my parents house. The house had been sitting empty for several years mold had established a home. Mitch came in and looked it over made me feel less anxious than I had been. They removed and carried away all carpet, flooring and drapes that needed to be. Cleaned furniture that could be cleaned and carried out all that couldn’t. I was very pleased with their job and the cost. It past mold inspection. W2W was quick to respond and get here after a garage fire. They were open and respectful to my intent of remediation the smoke smell. They helped with the inventory process for claims and minimized the impact to our daily activities. They even stayed late on the first day while I ran to get board to close up the garage and then boarded it up for me.
