Had Harrison handyman come and remodeled our household bathroom, extremely unprofessional work left multiple things not done, didn't install a pee trap, and left the siding off the wall where they accessed the plumbing for the shower. They charged far to much for the job as well. Would not recommend them for any job in the future.

Came to my house in June to give me an estimate on a job.said their schedule was 2 weeks out,by October no one had showed up to do the work and no contact from them whatsoever, very unprofessional

never showed up..when contacted they stated they were 2 weeks out and once they came out to quote it would be another 2 weeks before I received a quote...not a good professional way to run a business in my opinion

Harrison handyman came and replaced two window in the front of my house. Due to covid it took us a couple of weeks to actually meet up but from there they were more than I expected! The two guys they sent out worked all day and did great work and barely took a break! They done excellent work and I intend on having them return very soon for another project. They finished a day early and were slightly under budget ! Definitely pros!Services: Water damage repair, Remodeling

Spray Foam Job:The Good: Their EmployeesThe crew were really a 5-star rating. They were kind, respectful and honest. I had fun working with them, and they are a valuable asset to the company.The Bad:Communication Disconnect: There seems to be communication disconnect between the management/sales and crew. The crew showed up with 2 12' ladders (16' reach height) for a 24' ceiling spray job. They had to borrow my scaffolding to be able to tape off the rafters (wanted to leave them black and not have any spray foam on them). This was an inefficiency to the project.Equipment failure: The first day they discovered there was a plugged line. I helped troubleshoot for several hours and eventually we got the line flowing but ran out of time to spray that day. Second day: The spray gun malfunctioned. I helped troubleshoot for a couple more hours but without success. Lessons learned is the crews need time to service their equipment. Spending 4 or even 8 hours for an employee to complete full maintenance on a machine that costs tens of thousands of dollars is worth it in my opinion.Delays: The project was delayed multiple times due to other projects.After helping fix their machinery and the time off I had to take from work, I felt that it would be nice if they could could comp a portion of the spray or include another part of the house spray for free. After a negotiation attempt in person, I was told that they had plenty of business and would not be impacted if didn't use them for business. I left with my money back.I will not be using them again.Services: General construction, Home maintenance & repairs, General repairs

We just had a job finished by Steve and Melvin. They were very professional and nice. They did a great job replacing our patio door and our rotted flooring. They answered any questions I had and informed me of all the unexpected problems they encountered and were able to fix them! Harrison Handyman assigned two men to install patio sliding glass doors and remove a wall partition. They had to do extra work due to age of house—no complaints here! These two were very polite, and best of all they explained each step of the process to ensure we weren’t thrown off guard in what was necessary to fix the issues they faced with the house. Clean up was quick. I Will DEFINITELY call Harrison Handyman again for projects. Completely affordable and fair pricing!

I called them to make an appointment due to them being booked up. When they day come for my appointment nobody notified me they couldn't make it. I had to call them to enquire why. Since that day No one has called me to reschedule or anything. To me this was very unprofessional. And if this is how their business is operated. I wouldn't expect their workmanship would be much better.
